Die Apartments Lumbardina A1 und A2 befinden sich in 2 separaten Häusern auf demselben Grundstück im Herzen des kleinen, malerischen Fischerdorfes Lumbarda. Es sind nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt!
Die Apartments sind ideal für Familien und Freunde, die an einem zentralen Ort in der Nähe vieler Dorfattraktionen, lokaler Restaurants (einschließlich traditioneller kroatischer und Pizzarestaurants), Cafés, Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Postämter, eines lokalen grünen Marktes und des Yachthafens übernachten möchten Hier können Sie Boote, Kajaks und Schnorchelausrüstung mieten. Sie können auch Fahrräder oder Motorroller mieten, da die Apartments nur 5 bis 15 Gehminuten von den schönsten Stränden entfernt sind.
Beide Wohnungen sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, WLAN-Internetzugang, ein Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Apartment A2 (5) befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses am Meer. Das Apartment A2 verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett und Schrank, das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten), 2 Badezimmer (eines mit Waschmaschine), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer mit Esstisch für 6 Personen, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und 2 Schlafsofas . Die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind offen gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Dieses Jahr wurde eine neue PVC-Tischlerei gebaut. Vom geräumigen Wohnbereich aus öffnet sich der Balkon zu einer 20 m² großen Terrasse mit unglaublichem Blick auf das Meer, ein idealer Ort, um sich auszuruhen und den Zauber des Sommers und seiner Nächte zu genießen. Größe der Wohnung ist 70 qm.

Great spot for a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our time in Lumbarda as a relaxing stop in our travels. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was well equipped for our family of four, and the balcony was great, with a view over the bay and across to the mountains. This was everything as advertised, and our hosts were friendly and kind, bringing us some fresh lemonade and tomatoes from their gardens. We loved the location, right in the village, while close to beaches. It is convenient to two supermarkets and to the bus stop that brings you on a short ride into Korcula's old town. We would recommend you stay here, and we would gladly stay here again!

Relaxing family vacation in Lumbarda

I can't say enough about the generous hospitality from Ivo and his wife. From picking us up at the ferry in Korcula town, to feeding us fresh vegetables and homemade wine, he took care of everything with a smile. The apartment close to the sea was perfect for our family. The terrace is beautiful, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Lumbarda is a nice, quiet, relaxing destination. Several different beaches are located within a 15 minute walk, and many nice restaurants are only a few meters away! I hope I get a chance to return next summer - what a perfect getaway!

Apartment facing the sea with a large balcony to enjoy sitting out. Easy reach of several restaurants and also a supermarket. Great beaches in the area.

Good Spot, Next to Bay

This apartment is across the street from the water and within easy walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend Konoba More. We had two very good meals there. There is a great walk along the sea in either direction.

A perfect location as you can see the boats in the harbor and all the excitement in the town of Lombarda from the balconey. Ivo and his wife were wonderful and we enjoyed getting to know them.

Amazing apartment with amazing views.

We were here for a week in June but really wished we had booked for longer. The apartment was clean and such lovely views over the harbour. Ivo very kindly picked us up from the port and there was a lovely bottle of his homemade wine in the fridge after a very warm ferry ride. Ivo and his wife were excellent hosts, they grow lots of,their own vegetable in the garden and he very kindly bought us some zucchini to try. He had caught some fish for us to try as well but unfortunately we had hired a boat that day so didn't get to sample. There are some lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. We would recommend Restaurant Feral just a short walk past the marina and on a lovely little sandy beach. Thank you so much for helping to make this such a wonderful break. I really do highly recommend this apartment and Lumbarda and their local wine GRK!!

We were a family of 5, 3 kids under 11 and the property suited our needs perfectly.

After 8 days in Rome and Dubrovnik we were looking for a property to relax and recharge. This was perfect. Spacious, quiet and the front balcony was brilliant. The kids could swim out the front while we relaxed and watched and the harbour view was beautiful. WiFi was good, house was clean and having a full sized washing machine appreciated. The real bonus however were our hosts Ivo, Nena and Petar. Always approachable and helpful and ready to assist in any way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lumbarda.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful, small town

This roomy apartment was perfect for our visit - there are two roomy bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a tub) a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two outside spaces, one overlooking the sea (unbelievable views) and one overlooking the orange trees in the backyard. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and Ivo and his wife brought us delicious wine and oranges. We LOVED having a washing machine in the apartment! It is a luxury for us to wash clothing at our own convenience. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Superb location and wonderful owner

We've just returned from a week with our two children (Aged 9 and 6) in Ivo's apartment which overlooks the stunning bay in Lumbarda. We felt that Lumbarda was the best place to stay on Korcula Island as it has ready access to several beaches, many places to eat and plenty of watersports on offer. And Ivo's apartment is in the perfect position within the town. Ivo was a tremendous host - available if ever we needed his help but never too intrusive. He collected us from the ferry port, gave us great advice on where to go and what to eat. He even supplied us with local wine, home-grown vegetables and herbs. The highlight for the kids was when Ivo gave them a ride in his fishing boat as we happened to be walking past when he was going out. The apartment was absolutely spotless and spacious for a family of 4. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lumbarda, this apartment and Ivo, in particular.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely village

This apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We stayed in the bigger apartment off the road and loved every minute. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the bathrooms nice and clean and we had great use of both the verandah at the back of the house and the balconies in the front. Always somewhere to sit in the shade, or in the sun if that would be preferred. Our hosts Ivo and Petar are very nice and friendly and made quite sure our stay was as nice as possible. Lumbarda is a lovely holiday village, neither too big, nor too small. You have everything within walking distance: nice beach, grocery shops, good restaurants and bus service to Korcula. Be sure to pay a visit to the fishermens market on Thursdays, and if you have a car we highly recommend a visit to the restaurant Mate in the village Pupnat close to Lumbarda. We highly recommend this apartment!

Une vue époustouflante...

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Lumbarda est une petite station très agréable. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur le petit centre, son port, ses animations... nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Ivo et Petar pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. Nous le recommandons vivement !

A vacation changing view!

In a place as beautiful as Lumbarda, there is a lot of pressure on the view your stay offers. Our first impression, looking out of the balcony doors was, 'God, look at this'. A fantastic location, a minute's walk away from anywhere on the beach, a well-laid out apartment and smiling very-accessible hosts to check on anything you may need - this was a perfect stay. Tips: Do ask Petar to recommend some local wines and take in the Friday evening neighborhood market with fresh-grills. All in all, perfect.

Wonderful holiday!!

First of all the family was great. Ivo and his wife are very nice persons, they had always time for us when it was necessary and they are very friendly. When we arrived we got vine and some vegetables. Everything grown in his own garden. When we asked them anything they could help us. For example we wanted to go to Dubrovnik and they said us when the ferry arrives or when friends of us came to visit us, Ivo checked an appartement for them. When we planned to make a bbc to grill fish Ivo took me to Korcula city to his friends to get the best fresh fish. He gave us wood from his vineyards for the bbc that the fish tastes as best as possible. Also he helped us to prepare the fish. We had the best meal of the holiday on this evening. No let´s have a look at the appartement. Everything was very clean and had a very nice croatian touch. In the kitchen we found all the things we needed. The bathrooms were clean and big enough. I can´t remember when I slept as good as in these bed in a holiday. You are havin a very nice view from the front terrace to the sea and a private place to grill and chill at the back terrace. We also were allowed to have a look in the second appartement and it is as nice as ours was. All in all we have had two wonderful weeks and I hope I can come back soon. Family holiday stay

We arrived Korcula town by the fast ferry, only 2 hours from Dubrovnik. As agreed Ivo picked us up by his own car at the quay and brought us the last few kilometres to Lumbarda. The apartment was perfectly situated next to the marina. It was really nice to sit at the terassa, watching all the sailing boats and shiny yachts going in and out. Our family of 5 felt relaxed and comfortable in the well equipped apartment. Lumbarda indeed is a very intime, friendly and quiet town. We appreciated the local arrangments in the early evenings. You´ll find 15-20 local tavernas and pizzerias in Lumbarda. For more exoic athmosphere, a night in Korcula city might be a good alternative. The sea was calm and clear. We hired a boat for a day, explored the small beutiful islands in the neighbourhood. For our return to Dubrovnic we choose the coastliner. 4,5 sunny hours at deck was just perfect. Nice and practical apartment in lovely Lumbarda

We spent 4 nights in this pleasant apartment with our two kids (16 and 21 years old). The location was perfect, in the center of the charming village Lumbarda, and only a few minutes’ walk from nice pebble beaches. The apartment was clean and tidy, and included two bathrooms. Furthermore it was very well equipped, and the kitchen included everything needed for modern cooking. The large terrace with sea view was perfect for the warm summer evenings. Ivo and Petar were the most friendly, helpful, and generous hosts, and offered us wine and vegetables from their own garden. Ivo picked us up when we arrived Korcula town, and also very kindly drove us back at the day of departure. We found Lumbarda perfect for a nice an relaxing summer holiday: we were snorkeling, visiting restaurants, strolling, tasting the lovely local white wine, Grk, and visiting Korcula town.
