Sorry to hear this sad comments, the wifi was not a problem from our property as it was in the full town due to big storm with strong winds and heavy rain, the propèrty has clear pictures, there is NO hot tub and NO barbeque as you do mention as no Barbeques are allowed in the Comunity rules as the penthouse is allocated in a very nice building, sorry again to hear these sad comments, and after spending days in our property you left the property in not good conditions...we have rented our property for years and ALWAYS PERFECTLY cleaned by our lovely Landlady meet you at arrival and explain you you must leave property in same conditions you did find it at your arrival...wich you did not.....as you can read in all rest of comments cleaness always perfect...., honestly, you are simply not a good guest and we very very dissapointed with people like you, we have warned all owners not to rent the properties to you as you are not a good person.

hello Julian, thanks for your kind reply, but we do not understand a few comments, the property is a penthouse....and there is far away from the lift and never we have listened and also nobody has complained about it. The heating works very well and property is very well built...nobody has complained about it either, it must be what you say, you must be used to live in a house with heating high and not used to flats...but our property is a great place and very well built and equiped and heating works perfectly and very silent property in all ways, so we definetly do not understand at all these comments, we take this very seriously and its a very quite property located in penthouse, and heating works perfectly well, as it is new since 2020 and with much more power for a much bigger house than us actually.And Javea was warm during these past days and we just left day before your arrival and we have not used it at all....as inside the house keeps a warm 21 degrees with no heating on these days.

Dear Duncan , I am sorry to hear these comments from your end.We did clearly reported you ( I do not understand your big complain on this issue , honestly my property is very well equipped and ready for babies, and children, we have a cot for babies, and 3 bunk beds for children from 2 years old onwards, as most sleep on beds at that age and the cot we have its until 2 years as reported you before your arrival, and we also have feeding chair, mixer for baby food, and so on to be sure all its good during the stay) before your arrival, me and my landladay was in touch with you all the time and my landlady arranged you a bed for your baby during your stay wich you did reject and you did not reply to my landlady and neither to me in the right way.... We know well how to look after people and feel very bad about your comments as this is not fair as we have had many people before you staying at our property and all have seemed to have a great time. If your baby did not allow you to have good sleep during nights...with all the respects...there is absolutely nothing we can do about that, and I do feel the complain you have made is because some of the reason was that rather than our lovely property , definetly we do not share your complaint at all.
