Die funktionale und komfortable Einrichtung besticht durch ihren Charme – eine gelungene Mischung aus modernem und klassischem Stil. Die Küche bietet viel Arbeitsfläche und eine gute Ausstattung für köstliche Sommergerichte.



Es gibt genügend Platz für die ganze Gruppe, um gemeinsam am Esstisch zu sitzen und kühle Getränke zu genießen oder sich im Spielzimmer mit Billard- und Tischtennisplatten stundenlang zu vergnügen.

Amazing!!

The most amazing villa. Great location with local facilities, and easy access to Lisbon also. Bolt about 15/20 euro. Loads of local supermarkets. Lots of games, floaties, ping pong, volleyball already there for the kids and big kids!! The lay out was perfect for us from ages 12 years to 84 years!! Great communication from the host also. Only slight niggle.. oven markings have rubbed off, so it was a bit of a guessing game to get it working. 31/08/26

Awesome villa for 60 year birthday party

What a great villa for our six men having common 60 year birthday party week with our wife's. Very spacious for 12 person group of ours, good condition, lovely pool and peaceful place with short drive to Lisbon city and to the beach & wine yards. All went very well and Manuela, local contact, was very kind, helpful and fast responding. We ordered private chef (Chef in the House, João Pedro Jacinto Fidalgo) to prepare celebration dinner and kitchen & outdoor charcoal grill was just fine for them too. I wouldn't change anything, maybe consider upgrade cooking pans which are a bit worn out at least some of those were having worn out Teflon coating (due to misuse with metal cooking spatula). 20/09/26

Amazing house!

The rooms were all very nice and a good size! There were enough rooms and activity areas in the house for all of us. It was a great stay. 08/02/26 Because of the rain, there were a few leakages in the bedrooms. House manager handled very well and brought us more towels to keep everything dry

We just wrapped up four incredible days at Villa Mena with a group of ten friends. The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and genuinely comfortable for a large group everyone had room to spread out, with great common areas to hang out in. The pool and sun beds were also amazing! The location in Costa da Caparica is ideal: close enough to Lisbon for sightseeing (15 - 20 euro uber) , and super close to the beach (3-5 euro uber). The hosts were attentive without being intrusive and clearly took pride in making sure we had everything we needed. The little store around the corner was also great for last minute groceries, unbelievable bread and pastries! If you're planning a group trip, Villa Mena should be at the top of your list. We'll be back. 26/04/26

We had the most incredible stay. The accommodation is perfect for big groups with so many different chill out spaces. The host was super attentive and replied instantly to and queries. It is located about a 20 minute uber away from the main spots in Lisbon, but Ubers arrived so quickly and reasonably priced. Would high recommend. 20/04/25

We were a group of 20 people who had a great stay. The age range in the group was from 1 year to 83 years, and the house is well adapted with bedrooms on all floors and a high chair and cot. We hired a chef for one evening, and it was a great experience. A clean and large pool was the icing on the cake for us. 12/07/25

Nice house in pleasant surroundings

A decent house with mostly what you need. The kitchen is a bit small and not well enough equipped for 20 people. Great bedrooms, nice bathrooms and nice outdoor area. We were 17 adults and had a great stay.

Botequim is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively surf beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports, less than 3 km away from the villa you will have at your disposal a wide choice of never-ending sand beaches, as well as wide range of beach bars and restaurants, specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
