Genießen Sie unsere Kihei Kai Nani Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Unsere klimatisierte Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet sich nur eine Minute vom berühmten Strand Kamaole 2 entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet so viele Pluspunkte, von denen nicht zuletzt die Klimaanlage Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts komfortabel zu halten. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner ersparen den Gästen die Unannehmlichkeiten und die Kosten für die Benutzung der Münzautomaten durch das Büro. Ein starkes WiFi-Signal dient der gesamten Einheit, und wir haben zwei Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Als neue Eigentümer sind wir dabei, die Wohnung nach Bedarf zu verbessern. Für Ihren Gebrauch (und unseren!) Wir haben gerade einen neuen Kühlschrank installiert (November 2017).

Unser Haus auf Hawaii ist perfekt gelegen, damit Sie die Strände von Kihei genießen können. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und allen Geräten können Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten zu Hause zubereiten. Sie können auch in einem der vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants in der Nähe von Kihei speisen - einige unserer Favoriten sind bequem zu Fuß von der Auffahrt zum Kihei Kai Nani zu erreichen.

Unsere Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung fühlt sich viel größer an als viele Kihei Kai Nani-Einheiten, die keinen Rasen vor dem Haus haben, wie wir es tun. Während Sie auf der Veranda auf bequemen und hübschen Teakholzmöbeln entspannen, erstreckt sich der Rasen vor dem Patio und bietet grünen Komfort und Platz, der unter den Einheiten mit einem Schlafzimmer des Komplexes ungewöhnlich ist.

We were very happy with our stay at Kim’s place!! The check-in instructions were clear and everything about this place was as we expected. Kim and Deborah answered all the questions we had and you can’t beat having a pool and being across the street from the beach! Would love to stay here again!

Kihei Kai Nani is beautifully located with beach and eateries easy walking distances. Building 8 is at the top of the property providing a level of quiet serenity... Note there are stairs on the makai (ocean) end and further up a walkway ramp on the mauka (mountain) end for easier access to the unit... Aloha!!!

This property was exactly how it was described online. The convenience of the location of the property is amazing. Just next door to the complex is a convenient store and the best cinnamon rolls on the island. Kam 2 is a great beach and literally just across the street from the complex.

I was told this place is handicap accessible. I’ve talked to the property manager and the property manager said no it’s not so I basically was lied to by the owner telling me that she’s had plenty of people that have been there in wheelchairs walkers prosthetics there is no way I’m a nurse and there is no way that this place is handicap accessible even the property manager told me that it was not. Yes I made the best of it, but I will not be returning to this property. and there was bugs in the bathroom bugs under the bed bugs in the kitchen and bugs in the living room. Gross as much money they charge you would think they would get a bug guy out there exterminator

We’re very sorry that our condo did not meet this guest’s mobility needs. We do, however, want to clarify the accessibility information provided prior to booking. The condo is not advertised as ADA or handicap accessible, nor did we represent it as such. Before booking, the guest shared that she had a prosthetic leg and asked about access to the unit. We explained that there are stairs on one side of the building and a ramp with a railing on the other, specifically noting that some guests find the ramp steep. We also encouraged her to review the multiple exterior photos in our listing so she could determine whether the property would meet her needs. We were not aware prior to her arrival that she primarily used a wheelchair or would need to navigate the ramp independently. Once she arrived and let us know that the property was difficult for her to access, we were genuinely concerned about her comfort and safety. We offered to refund 50% of the rental amount paid to us if she preferred to relocate to accommodations that better met her needs. She chose instead to remain for her stay. We were also disappointed to learn through this review about the reported insects, as this concern was not brought to our attention during her stay and we would have gladly had it addressed. The condominium association has regular professional pest-control service. As is common in a tropical environment, insect activity can increase during periods of heavy rain, and this guest’s stay unfortunately coincided with an unusually stormy and rainy period. We nevertheless take any report of pest activity seriously and will follow up with our property manager. We regret that the condo was not a good fit for this guest and wish her well in her future travels.

Currently the beaches are a little out of commission because if the recent flooding. Don't let that stop you from a visit! It's a perfect area and we were able to see and do so much during our one week stay. We covered the entire island and had ease of access to everything from the condo. Highly recommend! Communication with the host was always prompt, friendly, and very informative.

Our stay was excellent! Host communication was great throughout, location can't get any better. Right across the street from Kam II beach, very short walk to either Kam I and Kam III. Lots of shops and restaurants either within walking distance or very short drive. Everything in the condo was nice and clean, quiet, and private. Thank you!

This place is great. The beach is right across the street. The location is AWESOME! There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beach rental places and coffee shops super close. The owners are amazing. We had so much info about the area, what to do, where to go and must see stuff from the host. Super communication. We had a minor issue with Internet that was handled immediately. We will definitely be back. You cannot beat the location or price of this place! 5 Stars!

Would definitely stay here again! The place had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, dish soap, and a few laundry pods. The ground floor lanai is elevated from ground level so it was lovely and quiet. Not an issue for us but for others to note- there are about 10 stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. Great place!!

Great condo in Kihei, Maui

Steps from the pool, more steps to a nice beach. Enjoyed having eating, gift shops, and a bus stop nearby.

Perfect stay

We were delighted about the condo, perfect for the two of us. The location is great, very close to the beach and some grocery stores. We totally recommend it.

excellent location

Condo is in an excellent location, near to beaches, shopping and dining. All of it within walking distance. The unit is well equipped with all you need from all kitchen items to beach chairs and towels.

Maui Christmas with Ohana

The hosts were quick to respond on any questions I had. They had plenty of additional amenities that were helpful i.e., beach chairs, cooler, beach towels.... I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed in Kihei Kai Nani since I was small; and many of my favorite memories have taken place right here, in these fantastic gardens and on the green lawn in front of Building 8, definitely snorkeling off Kamaole Beach 3 and playing in the surf across the street from Kihei Kai Nani at Kamaole 2 Beach.

I really like the fact that Condo 160 is at the back of the Kihei Kai Nani complex in Building 8, where it is quiet, and that it opens onto the green lawn. The beach is only a minute walk away, and my condo is away from the bustle. The condo is clean and comfortable. It is restful and makes a wonderful, centrally located home- away-from-home for a memorable visit to the island.
