A perfect apartment for a relaxing stay.

Situated in the old part of the city, this very clean and spacious apartment was perfect for a 4 night break. In a quiet area within walking distance of the Cathedral and seafront.

Very good location. Has everything you need. A/C could be better but they provide fans for each sleeping area which was helpful. Very clean.

Excellent location.

Right behind Santa Eulalia Church and walking distance to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María. Private Villas were very responsive to our requests and allowed us an early check in. Stay was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I would come here again!

The apartment was just what we needed!

It was such a cute space, with absolutely everything we needed and it felt quite homely and large. The hosts were so so accomodating and extremely responsive to every message. They provided some great recommendations and were very helpful with everything and any question we had. The location was a perfect spot in Palma, with everything we needed in close walking distance but still quite a quiet street, with no noise at night. Thank you to Priority Villas!!

Pleasant apartment,great position

The apartment is quite Spartan, however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly, everything works. One criticism, the gallery bedroom is accessed by a galvanazed steel stairway, with check plate treads, make sure you use shoes to visit the toilet in the night Loved the position, and the staff at Priority Villas were more than helpful.

Fantastic open spacious apartment

Fantastic open spacious apartment right in the best old area of Palma. Great communication and very informative. I would have appreciated a bit more coffee/tea and milk on arrival. Also lights next to the bed would be useful. Apart from that our stay was great. Many thanks! Carolina

We had a great stay at Vintage Palma Palace

We had a great stay at Vintage Palma Palace. The appartment is situated on a very good location, in a few steps from shops, bars, restaurants and the great buildings. Within 10 minutes you walk to the beach or you take the bus to Playa Illetes. The service by whatsapp with suggestions, info and tips was also great! Hi Pauline, Thank you very much for your feedback and comments. We are glad you liked it. We are also delighted to have had you as our guests. We hope to see you soon. Best regards and have a wonderful summer! Priority villas

Miserable stay

No A/C as advertised. Battle with property managers for a repair, never happened. Horrible attitude, thought WE were lying. It was 80 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Windows are nailed shut except for one. Miserable stay. Also there are not 2 bedrooms. It’s one bedroom and an open loft with no privacy and very noisy. This listing has fraudulent details. Avoid.

Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear that you felt cheated. The apartment has A/C although it is set at 21 degrees, it cannot be adjusted by island regulations. You called later than 10:00 p.m. It is obviously difficult to find someone who works at that time on a Sunday, and the next day was a holiday. However, our technicians went several times and it is true that it was not cold in the apartment, but it was cool, this of course depends on each person, we understand that here it is quite humid and many people are not used to this. As for the apartment, it has a bedroom, an open space bedroom up the stairs (not visible from below) and a sofa bed. Well, each person has their own personal taste, these are rustic apartments. Außergewöhnliches Appartement in top Lage

Volveremos seguro.

Apartment Palma Old Town

Excellent Location, good shops restaurants and access to attractions. Comfortable. Missed a dishwasher , some of the cutlery and glasses were a bit grubby. This was the only negative feature.
