Plan de Beret is a unique property located in the exclusive urbanization of Nin de Beret. The access to the slopes is really easy, as the EsquirĂłs chairlift is located just a hundred meters away, in Tanau, level 1700.
The house has a perfectly designed distribution for large families or for more than one family. As you enter the hall, there are two independent entrances that separate the apartment in two. The two areas are connected through a door that separates the two living rooms.
The house as a whole, has two living rooms and two kitchens. Also, a spacious room with bunk beds and television, ideal for children, on the ground floor.
The house is accessed through a hall that gives access to both parts of the house. On one side, a large living room with large windows and fantastic views, a kitchen and two double bedrooms, each one of them with its own bathroom, including whirlpools (Jacuzzi tubs)
Another door leads to the other side of the house, in which there is the second living area with a full American kitchen and two double bedrooms, both with fully equipped bathrooms.
Stairs situated between the two areas go down to the bunk room, from which you access the sixth room. This entire area has a forced ventilation, but does not have a window with a view to the outside. The two rooms also have a fully equipped bathroom.
It is therefore an ideal property for one or two families and it can perfectly accommodate ten adults in its five rooms, plus four children in its four comfortable bunk beds.
Plan de Beret also has two parking spaces in the building, ski storage and direct access from the elevator to the garage. The apartment offers Wi-Fi and TV connection in both rooms (Smart TV in the main one), as well as in the main room and in the children's room.
