Another wonderful trip

This was our second year staying and it was just as wonderful! Such a cozy place, outfitted with all comforts. It was so easy packing knowing that the house has everything we needed for beach fun. Being able to walk to a coffee shop and an ice cream shop is icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

This was the perfect beach rental for our family of four plus my two 74 year old parents. Minimal steps in the house make it a rare find, but the extras in the house and the cute decor made this the perfect spot for us. Just awesome

That summarizes the entire place. They have everything you need and then some. The house is bigger and better than the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a better location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to anywhere. My entire family and I had such a great time. We Love SeaBreeze!

This is our 3rd stay at SeaBreeze. It’s clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We love enjoying the beach themed artwork. We had a family house in OBX for over 25 years. It’s hard to find a rental that feels like home, but SeaBreeze delivers just that!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location, only a block from the beach. Very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the the accessible features at the home (single floor, bench seat in the shower and grab bars in the bathroom. We were traveling with a friend who has a few extra needs and the cottage was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonder family getaway

This was a perfect beach getaway for our family with small children- easy walk to a beautiful beach, all of the beach supplies and bulky baby/kid supplies that we could possibly need. The kids had a blast and it was easy for the parents too. We hope to be back soon!

Another Amazing Stay

When can I pack my bags and move in? Seabreeze feels like home. We used to have a family vacation home in OBX and this is the first rental we’ve found that is just as comfortable as our own house was. The location is perfect and the house is adorable. It’s much more spacious than the pictures show. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and we just left yesterday!

Cozy Beach Cottage for the Family

Family vacation

We had such an amazing experience at Seabreeze. We have already decided to return again next summer for our annual beach trip. The house was perfect for our family, our kids especially enjoyed the outdoor area. It took us just a few minutes to get to the beach. Everything was amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect Beach House

This beach house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids (14 & 17) loved having their own space in the den and gameroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I loved the welcome gift with koozies, coffee, and a gift card to a coffee shop a block away. We walked down several mornings for coffee and scones. The beach is a block away and there is a shed full of anything and everything you may need! The beach was not crowded at all and there is a lifeguard on duty. The pictures don't do the house justice. Everything was spotless and decorated beautifully. We can't wait to return!

A Perfect Beach Cottage!

What an absolutely wonderful little beach house! It is beautifully decorated with beach art and outfitted with comfortable lounging spots. What really set it out though was that it was just teeming with high quality supplies. Anything we forgot to pack was located in the most convenient place to find. The beach gear was better than what we brought for ourselves 😆 our kids ages 4-8 were entertained every minute, either outside in the fenced in play area, the game room, or any of the little toy nooks in the house. The game room situated in a converted garage made for an unexpectedly quiet vacation, something that is rare with 3 little kids! It’s a wonderful house in a family neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway

Amy and David’s cottage is spectacular! They literally have everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay. It was wonderful being only a block from the beach, close to restaurants and the kids loved the mini golf/go-karts across the street. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck as well!! The cottage itself is a gem. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. Amy and David were very responsive to our questions/needs. We cannot wait to come back next year!

FLAWLESS!!!!

I’ve never had such a great host! We had a family beach house on mile post 7 for years. Ever since selling it, we have tried multiple houses. For the last few summers we’ve actually given up on visiting OBX. Our search is over! We were on a girls’ weekend and I knew I had to come back to Seabreeze with my son and husband. I literally booked my next stay while still on this trip! Thanks for giving us our vacation spot back.

Wonderful getway!

We had an amazing time at Seabreeze. Location was perfect a very short walk to the beach less than 5 mins. The house was great it has all the amenities listed and way more, everything you might think of was available making a very relaxed getaway for us. The house was clean and ready to use, it has so much space to make everyone of us comfortable either if you want to relax inside or outside, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset :) Amy and David were super flexible during our stay, we just want to say thank you for everything and we are definitely staying at your property next summer!

Sidewalk takes you to the beach access, with a marked cross walk, that has a life guard in peak season (about 100 yards). Located near dining, recreation, and shopping. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable stand located less than a 1/4 of mile from cottage.
