Die Selbstversorger-Cottages des Lancombes House bieten Unterkunft im schönen West Dorset für 2 bis 28 Personen. Unsere drei Selbstversorger-Cottages (zwei für 12 Personen, eines für 4 Personen) sind gut ausgestattete Unterkünfte, ideal für die Erkundung von Dorset und darüber hinaus. Diese Auflistung ist für das Bauernhaus - ein eigenständiges Häuschen, das für größere Gruppen perfekt ist.

Die Ferienhäuser zur Selbstverpflegung sind alle Teil einer 200 Jahre alten umgebauten Scheune und eines Wirtschaftsgebäudes, die um einen Innenhof angeordnet sind.

Die Cottages befinden sich in 10 Hektar Land und sind von den wunderschönen Hügeln und Tälern dieses unberührten Teils von West Dorset umgeben, der als "Gebiet von außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit" ausgewiesen wurde.

Das Bauernhaus verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer (2 en-suite), ein WC im Erdgeschoss, eine schöne große Holzküche mit Herd und offenem Essbereich sowie eine große Lounge. Das Lancombes Farmhouse ist ideal für große Gruppen oder Familien, die zusammen eine Unterkunft zur Selbstversorgung mieten möchten.

Das Bauernhaus verfügt über einen eigenen Grillplatz mit Gasgrill und Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick auf das Tal bis hinunter zur Juraküste.

Das Lancombes Farmhouse bietet kostenfreies WLAN.

Alle unsere Cottages sind haustierfreundlich, bringen Sie also Ihre vier- und zweibeinigen besten Freunde mit! Wir akzeptieren Hunde, Katzen, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen, Hamster und mehr!

* Haustiere sind willkommen - kosten £ 15 pro Woche. £ 10 für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

My family and I (12 of us) enjoyed a week-long stay at this very spacious place. All of us sat comfortably at a large dining table to enjoy meals together, and we were able to sit and relax in the living room with multiple sofas. Kitchen is well equipped with many pots and pans and dishes, and we enjoyed cooking together. The setting is also beautiful, in a small village with wonderful views. Thank you for the lovely time!

A beautifully clean home from home property. A large rambling house on three floors offered a generous space for all of us to relax and celebrate a family occasion. The host was kind and informative about attractions in the local area.We were able to use all of the outside space and enjoyed the BBQ with a view of the sea. The bedrooms were large and nicely furnished with comfy beds and we all slept so well. Kitchen and dining area large enough for all of us to eat together. The dishwasher was really useful although there was plenty of plates and cutlery. The courtyard games room looked great but we didn’t need it for our short stay. Convenient for local beaches, supermarkets and eateries.

What a find! Looking for something suitable for 12 people including teenagers is not easy. Lancombes farmhouse was brilliant. Very spacious where people could spread and so well appointed. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Adrian, the owner, was very friendly and helpful although still giving us privacy. Beds were extremely comfy and good shower and bathrooms. The setting is lovely and we took advantage of local footpaths to do a three mile walk straight from the front door.

Lovely stay

Great family getaway

Our entire family stayed here to celebrate a special birthday. We were very pleased with the farmhouse and the amount of space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Only reason we gave a 4 for cleanliness is because it was a little dusty (But expected due to it being a farmhouse!) Would recommend to all.

Stunning views

The property fitted the size of family we had; 8 adults, 4 children. The location was very good. The garden and BBQ area showed off the stunning views with horses in the adjacent field.

Perfect for a pre Christmas get together.

We always choose a large house catering for 12 for a family get together. We have a Christmas dinner for which the kitchen was great and the lounge was one of the best we have stayed in for size and comfort. The house was lovely and warm and the beds were very comfortable. Fabulous Farmhouse

We were a group of ages ranging from 9 to 70 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so my granddaughters didn’t want to leave. They loved feeding the horses & playing pool in the games room. Lovely break in a tranquil setting

We booked the farmhouse for Easter weekend and to celebrate our mums 84th birthday. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the house was lovely and warm We had a wonderful weekend relaxing and going to the beaches nearby Highly recommend The Pymore Inn for food where we all went for mums birthday lunch The games room at the farmhouse was particularly popular with the teenagers who had a pool tournament Thank you for a memorable stay!

Absolutely perfect for our special family celebrations getaway with the dogs too. Spacious and so well equipped - we cooked breakfasts and dinners for 12 most days and could enjoy the food around the lovely big table all together. Beautiful walking straight off the farms and short drive to our favourite hills. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Adrian made us feel so welcome and we quickly made the farmhouse our home. Hopefully, we will return again for future family celebrations.

Family holiday

We had a lovely week staying in the Farmhouse, which was a perfect size for our family get together of 11 people - ages ranging from 16 months to 70 - plus 2 dogs. The property was very comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen and a large comfy lounge, and bedrooms. The outside area was great with stunning views from the bbq area, plus enough space for outdoor games and lots of choice of various dog walks from the house. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming with good communication beforehand. We would definitely return to the Farmhouse in the future as everyone had such a relaxing time there.

After some pretty mixed weather earlier in the holidays it was pleasing that you had some much warmer and sunnier days. Getting together with family is such a special time and we are glad the accommodation suited you all - and the dogs!

70th birthday

This is probably the very best holiday accommodation i have ever stayed in. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was superbly well equipped. The grounds are extensive, wirh beautiful views. We were here in late spring when rhe blossom and birdsong are amazing. We had an age range of 9 to 70 and everybody was happy. The games room got a lot of use! The hosts were pleasant and gracious. A very very big thank you to our hosts. Worth every penny!,
