My family and I finished up our fantastic trip to Rome (part of our 2-week stay in Italy), and our stay at this Vrbo was a huge reason why. First, the location is unbeatable. Being just a few steps from Piazza Navona put us right in the heart of the city, and we could easily walk to all the major sites like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps.The apartment itself was a dream. It was incredibly spacious for our whole family and felt so welcoming and modern. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the host, Paolo, went above and beyond with so many thoughtful touches. We were delighted to find the place stocked with plenty of snacks and high-quality toiletries, which made settling in so much easier.Paolo was a wonderful host—incredibly helpful and genuinely family-friendly. He made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we’re ready to plan our next trip back to Rome and we won't consider staying anywhere else. This is a true five-star find!

Paolo's place is fantastic in every way. The location is perfect: around the corner from Campo dei Fiori, and over the road from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. All the major historical sites, as well as endless restaurants and shops, are an easy walk away. The furthest you’ll need to walk is probably St Peters and the Colosseum, which are approx 20 mins in opposite directions. The apartment itself is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 5. The decor is gorgeous, combining period features with a modern and high spec finish, not least air conditioning in all rooms which was essential in August. This is clearly a place that has been lovingly looked after, with the attention to detail equal to a luxury hotel. Finally, Paolo is an extremely kind, welcoming and helpful host. We've been lucky enough to stay in several lovely rentals over the years, but this one is definitely our favourite. Do not hesitate to book this place if it's free!

I will first say I’m extremely picky and this place surpassed all our expectations!! It was so clean, stocked with all we needed and was such a beautiful place. Paolo was so kind. Perfect location for a Roman holiday

The heart of Rome

Paolo was an awesome host. He let us check in early with our bags, he showed us everything about the location. This place is centrally located in the heart of Rome, everything is easily walkable with the best Gelato place directly across the street. The windows opened up directly to the street which was an amazing view, yet at night with the windows and panels shut we could not hear a thing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Were able to walk to all the tourist hotspots. Paolo the owner was accommodating to all our needs and helped organise our taxi to the airport. Better than expected, very clean, and the only negative was the apartment was on the Main Street - so a little noisy. Otherwise brilliant!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay in this pristine apartment in a great location to all the sites. It has all the modern amenities and is in a secure building. Paolo was a wonderful host. We would definitely rent this apartment again. One caveat to the listing is that the lift doesn't actually stop on the floor where the apartment is located. It's one-half staircase down from the lift to the apartment. Not a big deal for us, but maybe for someone who can't manage stairs at all.

Perfect in every way!

Paolo’s home was very accommodating. The raised ceilings and picturesque windows that look out on the city offered something beautiful to look at in the morning. Paolo also went the extra mile with candy dishes, snacks, espresso, teas, toiletries, and slippers. The location is perfectly situated between Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. We had a wonderful time!!

Wonderful Stay in Heart of Rome

The accomodations were lovely and exactly as pictured. Paolo was very accomodating when our flight was delayed and we had to meet him later than initially thought. There was plenty of room for 3 generations of family to stay as well as relax during the day. It was very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It was a perfect location in the heart of Rome to get to most of the main sites. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

The Norma was perfect! My family and I recently stayed for a week in Rome and this apartment could not have been better. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities and the host were all above our expectations. Paolo was so helpful with a transportation issue and had the best recommendations. The apartment was in a great location! Easy access to all main sights in Rome! The apartment was very clean and modern conveniences! Paolo was wonderful! Provided coffee and cakes when we arrived. He had slippers, and toiletries available if we needed them! I highly recommend staying there! I really can’t think of anything negative to say about the apartment! Just terrific! We were six adults.
