Whatever the season, coming to stay here will bring a smile to your faces. Being private, peaceful and immersed in the coastal life yet within a short distance of the bustling town of St Ives, you will have the best of every world. Put on your walking shoes and thoroughly immerse yourselves in the local fauna and flora by walking the South West coast path to St Ives (a 20-minute walk) or down to Carbis Bay beach which can be reached in less than 10 minutes. If you want to cheat, you can drive to St Ives in less that 5 minutes or take the most picturesque train ride ever from Carbis Bay!

You may of course not want to move at all once you have arrived at Hawkes View. That is wholeheartedly excusable given just how incredibly comfortable and inviting the house is. The living room stretches across the whole of the front of the house giving a family of six plenty of space to relax and stretch out. If you can drag your eyes away from the view, there is an Apple TV with SKY Q so no missing big sports dates or your favourite programme. For music lovers, enjoy your chosen tunes via a Bose speaker. There is also a second reception room with a 65" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV with Cinema sound and Apple TV, 4K Blue Ray DVD player and X-Box 1 Gaming Platform. There is a small conservatory which houses a table football and cushioned window seats. Every teenagers' holiday dream; a room to call their own with WiFi. On both TVs, you have access to the huge choice that Netflix has to offer so you will be definitely entertained whatever the weather!

The kitchen and dining room is just off the living room and is very well equipped so all talented chefs whether part of the family or a privately paid in-house chef can whip up culinary delights to be enjoyed eaten alfresco or around the dining table - speaking of alfresco dining, the garden absolutely lends itself to lighting the BBQ on warm evenings while watching the sun set over the sea. A fridge and freezer, Neff double oven, Bosch 5 gas ring hob, Nespresso Tassimo machine and full-size dishwasher is all you need to successfully pull off your 3 course dinner delights!

Just off the kitchen is the utility area with washer/ dryer which also leads out to the side decked and paved areas. There is a washing line for the days when cloths dry in minutes as well as a warm shower to wash off the remnants of your beach filled day before heading in and crashing out with a favourite tipple on the front deck.

On the first floor, two bedrooms at the front of the house get to bask in the elevated sea views as well as watch the glorious sun rise and sets. One is a super king size bed and the other a king size each with cushioned window seats, wardrobes and bed side tables. The twin room is a spacious area for children to call their own. There are two bathrooms on the same floor as the bedrooms, each within a couple of strides of the bedrooms and both with complimentary toiletries.
