Wir bieten ein neu renoviertes und wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern in der einzigartigen Gemeinde Ocean Woods. Wir legen viel Liebe zum Detail, damit unsere Gäste bequeme Betten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Handtücher und Strandspielzeug, Liegestühle und vieles mehr genießen können! Unsere private Terrasse ist wunderschön angelegt und verfügt über neue Gartenmöbel mit einem Weber-Grill, sodass Sie und Ihre Familie viele schöne Mahlzeiten mit einer sanften Meeresbrise genießen können. Es gibt einen kurzen und schönen Spaziergang zum Strand über einen sandigen und privaten Weg. Unser Haus schläft sechs sehr bequem. Unsere neu renovierte Garage bietet ein geräumiges "Bonus / Spielzimmer" für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Diese einzigartige Ocean Woods Community bietet Sicherheitstor, zwei Pools, Tennis- / Pickleballplätze, Racquetballplätze, eine Sauna, Shuffleboard- und Basketballplätze. Unsere Straße ist eine der schönsten in der Gemeinde mit tollen Nachbarn.

Die Gegend ist als solides Reiseziel für Reisende eine Erkundung wert. Wir haben ein ausgedehntes Uferland mit Sandstränden, an denen Sie wunderbar angeln, Boot fahren, schwimmen, Kayak fahren und surfen können. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von vielen Kreuzfahrtschiffen, dem Kennedy Space Center und Naturschutzgebieten entfernt. In der Umgebung finden Sie großartige Restaurants, gute Musik und ein reges Nachtleben. Für diejenigen, die Städte erkunden möchten, ist der Standort nur eine Stunde von Orlando und allen Attraktionen von Disney, SeaWorld und Universal Studios entfernt. Der internationale Flughafen von Orlando ist 45 Minuten entfernt, der Flughafen von Melbourne 30 Minuten.

Quiet gated community

Felt very secure and neighbors were friendly. The home we rented was nicely furnished and very clean. The property is a short walk to the beach.

Lovey stay

Perfect beach location, quiet and cozy gated neighborhood, and a clear and well-kept property. I would say that moving a few of the nice things higher up (conch shells, glass ware) is a must if you arrive with a toddler, but otherwise it was excellent for our family!

Great house in private location near beach!

This Is a clean, easy to live in house near the beach. A short walk to the beach and plenty of safe bike trails in the area. Space launches are frequent and easy to view from the beach. Many great restaurants in the area. The owner was quickly respond to our questions. Easily a 5 star vacation home.

A Peaceful Vacation

The home and neighborhood were stunningly beautiful! So much mature foliage during morning and evening strolls to the beach. Only a short walk to a mostly secluded and non tourist beach which made for perfect beach days! The property owner was always quick to reply and we had zero issues during our stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely Property

From booking until our departure Mia was very helpful and responsive. My family and I loved the proximity to the beach and went at least twice a week. We also loved the private pool in the neighborhood. The neighbors we extremely kind and welcoming as well. I would recommend this property to any family that wants to feel as though they are living in a home away from home while they are on vacation.

A perfect home away from home!!!

Absolutely the best of 12 different vrbo properties we have stayed at in the past 17 years. We have enjoyed being snowbirds during all those years and have always received good value and service. This one is exceptional. It is truly a home. It all starts with the owners, Mia and Bill, who have gone out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful experience. The home is situated on the most private and lovely cul de sac in Ocean Woods, which in our opinion is the most beautiful, safe and welcoming community in Cape Canaveral. The neighbors are all permanent long term residents and the home itself is beautiful, well maintained and private. It is furnished with many personal items you are welcomed to use and enjoy during your stay. If it were possible We would rate it at 10 stars. Great beach home

This cozy beach home had everything we needed including a family friendly pool, easy access to the beach, and backyard. There are many extra touches like beach toys, a cart, umbrella and beach chairs that made our stay more comfortable. The Ocean Woods neighborhood is quiet and the kids loved the many peacocks around. Mia was a great host, thank you!!

Lots of space and 5 min walk to beach!

My family and I stayed at Mia’s place for a month and had a wonderful experience. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a tropical vibe and was in the perfect spot of the neighborhood for our family - 5 minute walk to a beautiful, large beach and not even a 5 minute walk to a heated pool. The property was clean with lots of space and necessary appliances including washer and dryer and grill. Our favorite part of the house was the tropical back patio with a large table perfect for family meals and lots of ambiance lighting at night. The garage has been converted to a bonus room and we appreciated that extra space for storage of bikes, beach supplies, etc. We enjoyed watching rocket launches and cruises leaving port from the beach and the grocery store is only a few minutes away. We made some wonderful memories here!

Perfect rental!

My husband, six month old and I traveled to Florida for two months and we were lucky enough to stay here! It’s a short walk to the beach, very close to the grocery store, endless restaurant options nearby and a very quiet community. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy, we had family come and visit and there was more than enough room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the appliances we could possibly need. We loved everything about this perfect property! If we come back we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful vacation spot. All the amenities you could ask for. So peaceful.

This home has so many things to offer. Has everything you need for the beach, toys for the kids, board games. Anything that I needed was there. It's a beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood with a private trail to the beach. Very spacious and the orange tree in the back was a plus. Mia is very accommodating and I would highly recommend this home. I like the neighborhood so much I am looking to buy there. Huge patio as well was great for sitting outside enjoying the nice weather. Great find! Didn't want to leave.

Prefect Family Vacation Home

What a find! We could not have hoped for a better home for our Florida vacation. The private path to the beach was lovely, the home is beautifully furnished, all appliances work well, the back patio is spacious, and the gated community is quiet yet welcoming to families. The location of the property within the gated community provides the perfect balance of warm neighbors and privacy. Our young children (ages 8 and 4) loved visiting the family pool. We visited Kennedy Space Center (20 minute drive) and explored Merritt Island frequently as they were quite close. Cocoa Beach was beautiful and the easy access from the home made going a breeze. No need to pack boogie boards, beach chairs, kids, and lunch into the car. Just a short enjoyable walk and we were all there! All the beach gear we needed was available at the property for use and in excellent condition. The drive to Orlando was only 1 hour so we were able to visit Disney and Universal. The kitchen was well stocked with grocery stores very close by. Eating in was easy with the great kitchen and dining area when we wanted to cook and when we wanted to eat out we were close to great seafood, Mexican, Chinese, and Thai restaurants. The home is comfortable and beautiful, but what really made our trip memorable was Mia. I contacted her before finalizing our booking to make sure it would be a good fit for our family and knew from her email response that it would be wonderful. She answered my questions kindly and promptly and was availble by text, phone, or email if I had any questions about the property during our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy and she provided clear instructions. We will highly recommend this home to friends and family and look forward to staying again in the future. Everything was so well taken care of with the property that all we had to worry about during our time there was making memories. Stay here!

We consider this our home and furnish it with comfortable and attractive furniture and accessories. Most of our furnishings are new to include outdoor furniture, living room, and dining table. We care for this home and trust our tenants will appreciate our space and enjoy this vacation home. Ocean Woods is considered one of the more attractive neighborhoods in the area, a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, with lots of recreational activities: tennis, pools, shuffleboard, and sauna.
