The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed. All three have natural light and a closet. The bathrooms are fully equipped and renovated; one has a shower, and the other has a bathtub and bidet.

The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. The dining room features an indoor fireplace and a table that seats 6 people; the living room has a sofa area in a gallery with views of the ocean and the fireplace. The kitchen has been renovated and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, toaster, stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and a washing machine. The entire apartment has heating.

The dining room opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
