Located amongst the most famous vineyards in St Tropez, it is only 7mn drive to the Place des Lices and less than 10mn to the beaches of Pampelonne.

The secluded garden opens onto a large cobble stone car park for 5 cars; there is also a little vineyard and a vegetable garden to pick fresh vegetables daily.

The ground floor houses a large living room with french windows on both sides to enjoy the garden fully and the pool view. There is flat screen TV with french satellite and a fireplace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large range cooker with 2 ovens, plate warmer, large fridge/freezer/wine cellar, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle, toaster, microwave. It also houses a large table where 10 guests can enjoy a family meal.

The kitchen opens onto a back terrace with a farmhouse table to dine alfresco.

The master bedroom is located upstairs with a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, TV , walk-in closet and view of the vineyards and pool.

On the lower level, through a staircase by the kitchen, there is one double room with ensuite shower room.

There are 2 other double bedrooms: one next to the pool, ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower enclosure); one next to the living room with ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower enclosure). These 2 bedrooms have fold-away double beds in the fitted cupboard wall.

Each of the 3 bedrooms are independent and accessible via a digicode.

The pool is 15x5m long and is surrounded by sun loungers to take in the sunrays.

There is AC throughout the house, a sonos system inside and by the pool, an alarm system, and WIFI.
