Depending on your group size, you can book the entire property.

The price shown here is for two cottages (two bedrooms each) and two one-bedroom apartments, for a total of 13 people.

The studios are separate bedrooms, each with a large living room, accommodating up to three people. The cottages are like studios but with an additional bedroom on the first floor and a private terrace, accommodating up to four people. Each has its own well-equipped kitchenette and full bathroom.
You can also request partial occupancy for smaller groups!

All studios and cottages are equipped with a kitchen and full bathroom, including all amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Board games, TV, PC, and printer are available in the common room.
Sun loungers and parasols are provided for outdoor use.
Douliana is a small, traditional village, 22 km east of Chania, in an area of ​​great natural beauty.

This village (one of 300 in Greece) has been awarded the title of National Nature Reserve, a "NATURA" protected area, while agriculture remains the primary activity. The old houses have been rebuilt for holiday use and to offer a glimpse into traditional life throughout the seasons (olives and oranges in winter, vegetables and fruit in summer, and wine in autumn).

There are two tavernas serving traditional Cretan cuisine and a small market with local produce.

Together, there are 5 studios and 3 houses for up to 21 people, scattered throughout the property. Designed to ensure privacy and tranquility, each house has a terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea.

From the village, a road leads to the beaches 3 km away, surrounded by forest. (The nearest beach, Kera, is 2.5 km away, and Almirida or Kalives beaches are 3 km away, offering supermarkets, newsagents, restaurants, bars, sports facilities, and an activity center).

There is a 70 m swimming pool to share. All studios have their own terrace and unobstructed views. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome basket including breakfast for your first day, linens and towels, and weekly cleaning.
