Kaybays befindet sich in einer privaten, gesicherten Residenz mit nur für Anwohner zugänglichem Pool.

Kaybays ist ein exklusives Strandhaus mit wunderschöner Dekoration und einer Lounge-Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht. Es ist ein wahres Traumhaus in der ruhigsten Lage am Strand von Nettle Bay, der perfekte Ort für einen Aufenthalt in St. Martin.

Denken Sie an einfache Begriffe, an die Atmosphäre, um diese längst vergessenen Tage und Nächte wieder zu entdecken, die ultimative Flucht. Es ist auch perfekt für Hochzeitsreisende,

Kaybays gehört einem französischen Designer, der dieses private Tor dekoriert hat. Es ist eines der besten Luxus-Strandhäuser in der gesamten Residenz, abseits der Straße, mit Parkplatz. Es ist eine sehr sichere Gegend und gut vor dem Wind geschützt. Es ist gepflegt und voll möbliert.

Check in and out was not that easy because of gated security. But an excellent vacation regardless.

Property was very nice, secured and still gave a privacy feeling. We enjoyed the overall location on the island, as it gave us an equal proximity to other attractions. We enjoyed this location over the more crowded touristy areas.

Beach getaway

The property is inside a gated community and feels very safe. It is clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit has a beautiful few of the beach and is also close to the swimming pool. It is close to the stores and restaurants in Marigot and a great base to access the island.

My wife and i celebrated our 1st anniversary here. The home is very well maintained and the perfect location to all of the island in either direction. Very private and beautiful. My wife and i highly recommend this beachfront cottage.

Great Stay!

Communication between the manager of the property was great she always responded. Property was clean. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. Spent most of out time on the back deck over looking the water. Beautiful spot! I would definitely return.

Gorgeous place

This was gorgeous! The apartment was just as described..however I gave a lower score for check in as our apt wasn’t ready and we had to go somewhere else for three hours which after a long day of traveling you don’t want. The bed was very uncomfortable….if this was improved upon I’d give an across the board excellent rating plus bedding was minimal and could use a few extra pillows and a blanket. But the location is wonderful..the views fantastic and the peace and quiet was just as we hoped.

What a great stay!

Our trip was absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. You could not find better hospitality anywhere on the island. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with the most breathe taking views you could ever imagine. Luc was very kind and helped us get acclimated quickly. The dials on the stove are in French but nothing we couldn't resolve with a quick internet search. It was easy to access and speedy enough to find the best restaurants around including the pizza place across the street. The pool was not heated so unfortunately, we did not swim much. This was our only negative. We plan to return to St. Martin as it is one of our favorite places to visit and will definitely book with Yves again. Thanks for contributing to a great vacation.

Beautiful views but no water

The place had beautiful views and looked like it’s pictures. The property manager was very responsive. However, we did have water multiple times (5 in 11 days) for extended periods (4-8 hours. Also lost electricity once for half a day. Couldn’t flush toilets, shower or brush teeth. The pull out sofa would be ok for kids but the 4 inch mattress made the bed very uncomfortable for adults. Outside shower was a hose. Pools were great and location good. Wondered if Dutch side of the island experienced the outages like this area.

Beautiful Sea and Pool Front Cottage

Thank you so much for allowing my wife & I to rent your Cottage in St Maartens from November 10 - 17. "Kaybays" luxury beach house is superbly decorated and the location is awesome. Close to French Marigot but the perfect location for all our exploits. Gated community was a plus. A delicious bakery and pizza within walking distance. Across the street, we had great massages at the spa at Hotel Mercure. We had the best of times. "Kaybays" is perfect for any age. My wife and I are 60 but we acted like 30 for our seven wonderful days of relaxation and fun. The pool and the sea were wonderful and so close...less than 25 meters from the comfortable deck. The cottage has everything...foot bath, ac, tv, wifi, stereo, well appointed bath and kitchen, romantic master bedroom, quite comfortable all around. We found lots of sea glass right in front of the cottage. We ate at all your restaurant recommendations - lobster at Le Ma Ty Beach, Mahi Mahi at La Provencal and omelets at La Belle Epoque. All restaurants were the best. One of our best fun meals was at an outdoor local grill in Grand Case - chicken, ribs, beans n rice. We had a great day visit to L'ilet Pinel and loved Cupecoy and Maho Beaches. Pic Paradise was beautiful. Orient Beach was very nice too. My wife loved looking at naked men. The Butterfly Farm was fun and driving around the island (3 times) was an experience we will never forget. Luc and Annie promptly greeted us and were very professional. They answered all of our questions. Annie looked very cute in her french bathing suit. We went shopping often (on both Dutch and French side) and to the casinos at night. We even walked away from gambling every night with over $1,000. The markets in Marigot were colorful and rewarding. Locals so very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back to this beautiful island very soon.

A great St. Martin beach home

My wife and I just got back from an 11 night stay in Kaybays and St.Martin. It has been 32 years since we last visited St. Martin. Kaybays was more than we could have asked for. My parents used to own a private home in Grand Case 25 years ago. Kaybays made it seem like we had never left and had a home again in St. Martin. It was a beautiful home and has everything that you could need or want. The Nettle Bay beach Club is a great facility and in a great location to explore the Island. It is easy to get to most places on the Island. Rent a car and go exploring. See how many different beaches you can see and pick your own favorites. All the beaches are public. You just have to find the access and they all have public access. After a day of visiting 2 or 3 beaches it was great to come back home to Kaybays and dip in the wonderful pool with a home made Pina Colada. The beach is a little coarse with crushed coral, but there a nice safe areas to enter and swim in the ocean. I made a little mistake and Louise helped us out. She helped to find us the perfect day trip. Funseaker.com. It was a 3 island tour, Creole Rock (snorkeling), Tintamarre (swimming with the sea turtles) and Anguilla. There were drinks, snacks, snorkel gear, lunch at a restaurant and a great crew. Do your grocery shopping at the Super U just out of Marigot on the main road to Grand Case. Buy your fresh fish and Lobster from the fish market in Marigot on Wednesday and Saturday morning. We made our own Lobster and Chateaubriand dinner, with a nice bottle of wine all in Kaybays kitchen and grill. Buy a bottle of champagne and go to Plum beach for your $1,000,000 sunset. USA visitors should bring lots of Cash. Many restaurants and shops give $ for Euros when paying cash. Restaurants - Sandy Ground La Santel is a fantastic restaurant with a tremendous sunset view over the water. Ask for the "Julliette Balcony". The souflee is devine. They offer $ for Euros. Grand Case L' Auberge Gourmand, La Villa and Piazza Pascal (Italian for something different) are all fantastic restaurants with great food and service. La Villa and Piazza Pascal offer $ for Euros and L' Auberge Gourmand offered us about $1.20 / Euros. We brought our own beach chairs, umbrella and cooller on this trip. So we always had a place to sit and a cool drink in our hand even at the unstaffed beaches. We will go back to Kaybays again and enjoy this lovely island home in St. Martin.

La maison est parfaitement située à Saint-Martin, en bord de mer et à quelques pas seulement de la mer, les pieds dans le sable. Endroit paisible et très ressourçant. Ce logement est parfaitement situé! Plusieurs piscines accessibles sur le resort, la plus belle plage du resorts est tout près. De plus, nos plages préférées de l’île étaient à quelques minutes en voiture. Aussi, on peut facilement se rendre en voitures dans quelques épiceries grandes surfaces. Une petite épicerie, la boulangerie et un restaurant accessible à pied.

Nettle Bay Beach

We absolutely loved the property and the area. Clean, with stunning views, located directly on the beach, with a pastry shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and Marigot a short drive away. The covered patio area was especially nice and a great place to sit and relax over a morning coffee or evening drink...listening to the waves. We enjoyed almost 2 full weeks and wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our first time to st Martin and first time using VRBO, we were a bit nervous but our hosts met us promptly at the property. Jean Yves and Mari Laure were amazing hosts! We arrived on Christmas Day after all the stores closed and Jean even gave us a few beers since it we couldn’t buy any, The apartment is exactly as pictured, super idealic! The pool was great although we didn’t use it as much as we though as we were too busy visiting all the nearby beaches. Although a store and a few great restaurants are within walking distance, a rental car is a must, we visited a different beach every day. The apartment has everything you could need to cook, the only thing missing was a measuring cup and spatula. As others have said, the beach isn’t super swimmable but we did swim a few times. Also as others have said, there is quite a bit of glass and broken dish-ware in the sand, but it’s all old and worn down, not sharp, and we had no concerns walking barefoot. we just loved hanging out on the patio listening and watching the ocean, it was so relaxing and you just can’t beat the view and proximity to the water! we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful little Beach House. Wonderful view. Very friendly neighbours! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beach Condo

A lovely lower end unit of a five unit condo property. Well appointed. Daily construction nearby (not the property owner's fault) made the stay very difficult but that will be over in a few months.
