A beautiful place to stay!

Everything about this place is picture perfect. From Andree’ who helps you make sure your stay is perfect, to the picture perfect view of the beautiful water that’s right outside your door. Everything you need is all here in one place. We’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Everything is top notch!!

Our Stay at Mainsail #116 was fantastic!

The property was everything as stated in information; the property is exceptional. The private stairway to the beach was fantastic and easy access to the gorgeous white sand and emerald clear waters! The 3-bedroom condo, living space and kitchen were spotless, fresh, and beautifully attired. It was wonderful to come back to the condo after a lovely day at the beach, or exploring, to clean, fresh, and comfortable surroundings. Having a bathroom in each room was a bonus to comfort and privacy. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Andrew’ is a super host, very responsive, very accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with before and during our stay! Actually, I am talking with my family about coming back in the near future!

We had an amazing week at the condo.

Mainsail was having some demolition done before our stay. Andree was wonderful keeping us updated with the progress on the parking lot. It was completed by the time we arrived. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony on the back had easy access to the beach and the pool. It made the week more enjoyable with two small grandchildren. No roads to cross. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Our family has been coming to Destin for 30 years and we have stayed at many condos in the area. Andree is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions.

Second time staying in this Condo and we love it. 6 adults and 2 children! The beach access is easy and the unit is equipped with a huge ice maker and we all know how important that is! The unit is clean and WELL stocked! We have pretty much decided to book this one each year as long as it’s available! Andree is so helpful and a great host! Before check in and upon arrival, we had been told the washer was not working properly. The next morning, there was a new washer being installed. There should be zero hesitation to rent this unit! So thankful for hosts like this for making vacation so effortless! 1000% would recommend!

Yahoo! That’s not always how it goes, so we were very relieved to get it turned around so quickly. Most importantly, we’re thrilled everything else made your stay easy and enjoyable. Beautifully appointed space

We had an absolute blast with our entires family. There was ample space for everyone and the ease of getting to the beach is unparalleled. We had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we’d need. We have already booked again for next year!

Great condo with everything you need. Great communication with owner. Loved the direct access off our balcony. Never had to use the elevator to get to the beach and pool.

Wonderful stay!

In over 20 years of staying at Mainsail, this is one of the best units that we've had! Everything was clean, and the location with the walk-up was convenient with young kids and my mom. We especially appreciated the beach gear, and the communication with Andree was great. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and we hope to stay here again!

Great communication with property owner , check in was easy, one bedroom coverlet was dirty and needed cleaned, bathrooms were all clean as well as the rest of unit. Overall are stay was great.

Great Beach Vacation at Mainsail 116

Another wonderful beach experience at Destin's Mainsail Condominium 116. This was our second stay at this unit and the accomodations were once again excellent. We loved the closeness to the beach, the views, the little extras like the Keurig and a 25 pound ice machine. Thank you Andree and Southern Hospitality, you are the best and we will come back!
