It sounds like you have a long history of enjoying Seascape and Miramar Beach, especially the Majestic Sun location with its incredible views. However, it’s unfortunate that the condition of the condo didn’t meet your expectations this time. The issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and outdated furniture must have been disappointing. Seascape does not provide personal use items in condos - as most guests staying for 5-10 days at a time often have many personal items and preferences. Combining this with each owner individually decorates and provides the units supplies, it can make trying to predict what each incoming guest will or will not need much more difficult than a hotel or facilities that offer daily room service and even single nightly stays. We regret that this made the unit feel impersonal to you - however please know that if you contact us directly next time - we can steer you to different styled owners who perhaps provide more of the items you would like.
