We often host guests for a week or longer up to 21 days. We have a washer/dryer combo that is featured in the pictures in the kitchen island. Our water heater is tankless so we never run out of hot water. We also have California low flow fixtures which at times can take a while for cold water to clear out of the pipes to allow for the hot water. This was explained to the guest. We have a grill available. It just needed cleaning. We immediately vacuumed the carpet when the guest noted it needed it. We also offered to fix/refill the soap and shampoo dispensers. Guests declined the offer and used their own. In the kitchen, we have pots and pans, cookie sheet, spatula, and wine glasses. We do not have junk in the closest. We have a high chair and portable crib for guests along with necessities like an iron/ironing board, broom, vacuum and clothes hamper. Plenty of room to hang clothes.
