Welcome to Holiday Home Charlotte, a charming and spacious family villa nestled on a hilltop in the stunning Dordogne region of France. This characterful home offers breathtaking panoramic views over the valley, a luxurious private swimming pool, and complete privacy and tranquillity thanks to its peaceful location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac – ideal for families with children looking to relax and unwind.

Lovingly renovated with respect for its authentic French character, the villa is also fully equipped with modern comforts such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and television.

Interior
The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor:

A large, cozy living room with a fireplace
A generous dining area and a fully equipped luxury kitchen (60 m²)
One bedroom with private en-suite bathroom
A separate toilet – perfect for grandparents or gests who prefer ground-floor living

Upstairs, you’ll find four more bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and en-suite shower/toilet
1 large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and two single beds
2 bedrooms with two single beds each (can be joined to form double beds)
1 additional bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
All rooms connect via a spacious hallway – ideal for families with children.

Outdoor
Charlotte sits on a beautiful private estate of over 4 hectares, partly fenced and featuring a well-maintained garden. The large covered terrace seats 12 and offers the perfect setting for long summer dinners with stunning views of the surrounding hills and greenery.

The south-facing pool (5 x 12 meters) uses saltwater filtration and is secured with an alarm system for peace of mind. It’s surrounded by a generous 80 m² terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long – and soak up that unforgettable view.

To ensure everything stays in top condition, the gardener and pool maintenance team visit every Friday.
