I´m sorry you were disappointed with the apartment, unfortunately each owner decides what bed make up they want but there are photos of each bedroom showing all the beds as single beds. UK TV channels are for the UK only and as such there is no legal way for owners to obtain British channels in Spain, most TV´s have the option to change programmes into the original language enabling you to watch programmes in english. Unfortunately we did not have the up to date Wifi code in the office as the owner had recently changed wifi provider, however the password and network name are always printed on the bottom of the routers in the apartments. With regards to the frying pans, we do keep these in stock in our office and would have brought some new ones to you if we´d known you weren´t happy with the ones there. We used to have hairdryers in the apartments but unfortunately these were regularly taken home by guests so the owners chose to stop replacing them. I hope this experience won´t deter you from returning to Duquesa or renting from us again.
