Fantastic apartment for a wonderful weekend in Rome

The apartment is 5 mins walk for the train station and metro, with only 2 short stops to the coliseum, so well connected for travel into and around Rome. The accommodation is spacious, modern and the 3 bathrooms and outside large terrace is a really big plus point. Highly recommended for friends or families.

Beautiful apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this modern apartment near Piramide and several restaurants. Being so close to 2 train stations provided access to all of Rome Vatican City. We would definitely recommend this apartment for large families.

Fantastic large apartment close to transport

Apartment fit all 11 of us comfortably. It was clean, spacious and plenty of space. Bathrooms were modern, beds comfortable and building secure. Great food hall about 10 min walk away called Eataly-don't miss it!! So convenient to get to all the major attractions and to Termini. Highly recommend

Stay in Rome

Great location just outside city center. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Beautiful outdoor patio. Excellent restaurant steps away. Kitchen well equipped and beds were comfortable. We had a group of 10 adults with plenty of space. We did all the tours through ROMAC management and they were fantastic! Chef at home Paolo was the highlight of the week!

This was our first time in Rome and we were traveling with 6 of us. Great pre arrival communication including recommendations and help arranging pick up and drop off. The location is walkable to all the sites but in a quiet part of town. We loved the apartment and having a nice glass of wine at the end of the night on the balcony. We will definitely look for ROMAC properties when we come back again!

Excellent apartment

This is a big, clean, modern apartment with a gorgeous terrace. It is well located with transit and easily walkable to three great neighborhoods for restaurants (Testaccio, Ostiense, and Aventino). There is a supermarket just 3 blocks away. The owners were constantly communicative and even arranged to receive a package for me that was waiting in the apartment when I arrived. Even during a heat wave the apartment was cool and the air conditioners worked well.

Great Place

Great place! Management company was very responsive and great communication which we appreciated. We had 12 people- 6 kids and 6 adults. A bed for everyone. Place is clean and nice. Area is safe. Quick 15 minute car ride to colosseum, walking distance to circus Maximus, great restaurants and gelato within walking distance. Didn’t have a dishwasher so we had to wash dishes by hand. Has a Washing machine and drying racks for laundry. Air conditioning was effective and kept us cool in the hot summer. Residential apartment so we had to be thoughtful about being quiet. I highly recommend.

The photos of this place are amazing, but it's even better in person. Everything felt new and clean, even in an older style building. Our host helped us in advance with arranging transport from the airport, and again with arranging a private driver to our next destination in Florence. When we arrived she told us she didn't think the apartment was cleaned to her standards and the cleaners were coming back. To be honest- everything looked immaculate to me, so I know her standards must be extremely high. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood, it was away from the major tourist sites so we didn't feel overwhelmed and loved finding the places the locals enjoyed. There was so much space here for our family of 6 that each kid got their own room and we had more beds than we could use. The bathrooms had shampoo, soap, and other toiletry items and the kitchen had some basics like spices and instant coffee. We got some pods for the espresso machine and it was great. We would absolutely recommend this property and this management company to anyone traveling to Rome.

Près de tout et accueillant apart!

L’appartement est d’une propreté exemplaire et spacieux. Nous étions 9 et personne ne s’est pilé sur les pieds. Les chambres à lit Queen sont grandes et les deux autres chambres très raisonnables. Beaucoup de rangement et très bien équipé pour recevoir des groupes et familles. Une station de métro et épicerie à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Des restos typiquement italiens tout autour malgré un entourage très calme. Charmant quartier! Quelques détails de l’appartement à retenir cependant: seulement 3 set de clés (si des groupes se séparent, il faut bien coordonner); il ne faut pas fermer à clé les salles de bain de l’intérieur car on peut facilement rester embarré et finalement trouver l’entrée de l’édifice n’est pas évident car c’est très mal indiqué- 7 personnes sur neuf de notre groupe ont été déposés à des endroits différents (les taxis et Uber ne trouvant pas l’endroit) et les responsables n’ont pas communiquer l’info pour trouver l’endroit de façon appropriée. Outre cela, ce fût un séjour mémorable. Merci!

C'est trés important pour nous recevoir aussi des conseilles pour améliorer notre travaille et service d'expérience à nos clients. Pour ce qui concerne les clés nos avons choisi de mettre trois set de clés parce que, d'habitude, nous hébergeons beaucoup de famille ou amis qui sortent et entrent ensemble. Pour le salle de bain, notre prochain tache sera de contrôler le serrures et les clés de salles de bain. Pour ce qui concerne le taxi, generalment quand on va résérver notre transfer privé, il trouve l'endroit trés facilement, mais la prochaine fois on va specifier mieux. Mooie kamers, summiere keuken.

Voldoende ruimte voor ons. De kwaliteit van het keukengerei is voor deze huurprijs zeer matig. De koelkast was niet goed schoon.
