Beautiful Condo

Very happy with this condo! Most comfortable and clean that we've stayed in. There were 5 of us and loved the fact that there was plenty of comfortable seating outside for everyone. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

May 2021 Stay

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation week in R309 at San Remos! The condo is decorated beautifully and had several extras that were a nice surprise! We loved the extra large balcony with comfortable seating for all. The weather as well as the beach was perfect! We loved our stay so much that we have already scheduled another week for next year and are making plans for more family fun.

This is the best property and location on 30A. We have been searching for years and found it. We will never stay anywhere else. It is perfect. Spotless with fabulous beds and a well stocked kitchen. But the view and the heated pool is beyond description.

Great Vacation Condo on Santa Rosa Beach

My family and I loved staying at San Remo #309. The condo is very beautiful, and it was very clean upon our arrival. The San Remo complex is not overly large, so the pool and beach areas were never crowded. We much prefer staying in Santa Rosa than Destin or Panama City Beach, and this complex was the perfect place to do so. The property managers and owners were also great to work with - prompt responses and great customer service. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It truly is a hidden jewel in Florida. Just come and relax and be happy.

Review of San Remo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual, Your Friends at the Beach take care of everything from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Both, Tori and Nancy are just wonderful to work with. I would high recommend for you to book your vacation through them. Property is maintained beautifully! The water and beach is just magnificent!

Love this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at San Remo for the last 8 years. We love the condo, location and management company! The condo is very clean and everything is comfortable. It’s got a great view of the pool and ocean. We actually told two families we met to look into booking with Your Friend at the Beach while we were there! We are already planning our trip next year!
