The unit was well appointed. The host exceeded expectations by providing initial essentials (hand soap,dish soap, etc.), so that we did not have to make the quick mad dash to the store. We were able to enjoy the unit more on the first day, which we loved.

Great Place

The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

May 2021 Stay

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation week in R309 at San Remos! The condo is decorated beautifully and had several extras that were a nice surprise! We loved the extra large balcony with comfortable seating for all. The weather as well as the beach was perfect! We loved our stay so much that we have already scheduled another week for next year and are making plans for more family fun.

Look no further

This is the best property and location on 30A. We have been searching for years and found it. We will never stay anywhere else. It is perfect. Spotless with fabulous beds and a well stocked kitchen. But the view and the heated pool is beyond description.

Great Vacation Condo on Santa Rosa Beach

My family and I loved staying at San Remo #309. The condo is very beautiful, and it was very clean upon our arrival. The San Remo complex is not overly large, so the pool and beach areas were never crowded. We much prefer staying in Santa Rosa than Destin or Panama City Beach, and this complex was the perfect place to do so. The property managers and owners were also great to work with - prompt responses and great customer service. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It truly is a hidden jewel in Florida. Just come and relax and be happy.

The condo is very clean and everything is comfortable. It’s got a great view of the pool and ocean. Spring Break 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: San Remo was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed on 30A. It is right next to the beach with a beautiful pool and hot tub. There are many restaurants and seafood, takeout options within walking distance. All problems we had were immediately taken care of by on-site staff. Well definitely use San Remo in the future.
