Das Hotel liegt an der Ecke Park Avenue und Four O'Clock Road in der Innenstadt von Breckenridge, unser Park Place Eigentumswohnungen sind in der Nähe zu den Liften und nur einen Ein-Block-Spaziergang auf der Main Street. Die Gäste können vier Uhr Run Ski nach unten und nach ihre Wohnung gehen. Der Komplex verfügt außerdem über zwei Whirlpools im Freien, eine Gasfeuerstelle und kostenlose überdachte Parkplätze sowie saisonalen Zugang zum Pool und Whirlpool des Upper Village.

Dieses 2-Schlafzimmer, 2-Bad Deluxe-End-Gerät Wohnung ist eine der größten Einheiten in Park Place - es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien oder Gruppen von bis zu neun. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über gewölbte Decken und großen Fenstern, dem Raum eine helle, offene Atmosphäre. Excellent stay in Breckenridge. Was with my family of 5 and a friend of my son for 4 nights. The 4 teenage boys were very comfortable in the second bedroom as we spent more time on the slopes and in town. Family room and kitchen area was spacious and had all we needed. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! Check-in was seamless and the space was absolutely perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better — quick access to the Snowflake Lift in the morning and so convenient to take the Four O’Clock run straight back to the condo at the end of the day. After skiing, we loved relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace and enjoying the community hot tub. It made for the perfect mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the unit was very clean and a great place to stay. The only minor inconveniences were:- On arrival, instructions said 1st entrance after turning onto 4 o'clock road but that put us on wrong side of building. I believe it should say 2nd entrance. - There were no sponges to clean the dishes.- The tv could be upgraded. Long delays using the remotes and experienced constant freezing throughout the NFL games on Prime.

Great condo in Breck!

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was walking distance to restaurants, Snowflake lift and main street. The property staff was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Great stay! Beautiful condo. Stairs were tough.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great location for family ski trip!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.

We walked everywhere. Perfect location!! We walked to dinner and 4th of July parade. Trail running was also right out the door. And condo was decorated cute and kitchen is stocked. Only problem was coffee pot wasn't working but I'm sure they'll have it fixed now that they know.

A Great Place to Stay - With a Few Things to Pick On

The kitchen floor had a large, obvious spill on it, which was easily clean up with a wet paper towel. So it made me wonder what else on the property had not been cleaned. Dust covering the baseboard heaters. The 2nd bedroom has terrible blinds and no shades so it made for an early rise on a vaction where we were looking forward to sleeping past 7am. Great location overall, no noise from neighbors (which is a big plus for me!) and I liked being on the top floor.
