Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen dem Snowflake-Aufzug und der Main Street, nur einen Block von beiden entfernt. Außerdem können Sie direkt zur Einheit fahren. Wir haben gerade das ganze bald kommende Wohnzimmer ersetzt. Sie werden Gewölbedecken und fabelhafte Fenster schätzen, die ein helles, geräumiges Wohnen und eine herrliche Aussicht bieten. Sie können sich am Gaskamin auf bequemen Möbeln entspannen und feststellen, wie ruhig und friedlich der Ort ist. Möchten Sie im Whirlpool entspannen? Seine direkt vor der Tür auf der Seite des Gebäudes, vergessen Sie nicht, um die roten Plastikbecher und Handtücher stellen wir auf dem Weg gibt, zu verwenden. Möchten Sie auf einer privaten Terrasse mit Aussicht entspannen? Sie haben zwei zur Auswahl.

Ein Dachboden macht dieses Hotel perfekt für Reisende mit Kindern. Sie werden aufgefordert, den Außenpool und Whirlpools häufigsten verwenden. Habe eine sehr kleine Sie haben Platz, um Set-up das Pack-n-play zur Verfügung gestellt.

Was können Sie mit Ihrer Wohnung tun, ohne zu fahren?
Skifahren Sie vom Schneeflockenlift aus, mieten Sie Skier, legen Sie im Supermarkt und im Spirituosengeschäft Vorräte ein, speisen Sie in vielen hoch bewerteten Restaurants / Cafés / Cafés und in der Main Street. Der GRATIS-Shuttle hält direkt vor Ihrer Unterkunft, wenn Sie eine schnelle Fahrt zum Snowflake-Aufzug, Peak 8, Peak 9 oder irgendwo in Breckenridge machen möchten. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, werden 2 Parkausweise für das Grundstück außerhalb des Gebäudes zur Verfügung gestellt.

Im Sommer haben Sie außerdem Zugang zu den Wanderwegen der Berge und können ein Fahrradverleih mieten. Mit der GRATIS Gondel gelangen Sie in den Funpark des Resorts.

Sie werden alle Annehmlichkeiten zu Hause schätzen, darunter eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Gaskamin, eine Fußleistenheizung, eine private Waschmaschine / Trockner und zwei private Terrassen. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit notwendigen Kochutensilien, Essgeschirr und Bettwäsche ausgestattet.

Mitglieder haben Zugang zum Upper Village Pool, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Ihrem Gebäude entfernt ist. Diese Einrichtung hat auch drei weitere Whirlpools und einen aktualisierten Umkleideraum. (Der Pool schließt im Frühling und Herbst für einen Monat). Große große Handtücher werden im Wäscheschrank für Sie bereitgestellt.

Der Komplex Pine Ridge bietet auch eine Gas-Feuerstelle (auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite), einen Fitnessraum und Picknickbereiche mit Gasgrills. Ein Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard-Verleih befindet sich in der Unterkunft und bietet Ermäßigungen für Sie als unseren Gast.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen: kostenfreies WLAN, Haartrockner, Luftbefeuchter, Brettspiele, Kabel-TV mit Premium-Filmkanälen, Kaffeemaschine, Topftopf und privater Skiraum (im ersten Stock).

Wonderful location; fantastic hosts

The location of this condo is perfect - within walking distance of the Snowflake lift, bus stops and town. I booked a shuttle from the airport and only rented a car to visit the Front Range. As hosts, Pierre and Jamie were super responsive to any questions or issues. I would definitely rent again!

Won't Stay Anywhere Else

If I can help it, I won't choose any other place to stay in Summit County. The condo is big, perfectly centrally located, a short hike to Snowflake Lift, 7 minute walk to Main Street, with a Christy Sports right across the street. And the owners are wonderfully helpful. The only 'slight' drawback might be access to the pool/hottubs, but we were too tired to try using them anyway. So we didn't miss it. But from now on I might just not come to Breck if I can't stay here.

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for three adults and three adult children. The kids stayed in the loft and the adults took the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. This condo could easily hold 8 people comfortably, and 2 more on the pull out couch if needed. The guest bedroom with the queen does not have darkening blinds, so whoever stays in this room will be up with the sun. The loft offers four single beds and a good amount of room. It does get warm up there, so our kiddos kept the windows cracked a little and used the fan to blow the hot air out. There was plenty of hot water, and humidifiers. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Even had some coffee in the freezer if we ran out. The condo is up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so be prepared to haul all your stuff up the stairs. The locking ski locker held 5 snowboards and 1 pair of skis and polls. There are no shelves or hooks, so we did not leave our boots in the locker. The washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient, but is the smaller stackable type, so be mindful of the load size. The host provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers in each bathroom, Laundry detergent and dryer sheets as well as zip locks, aluminum foil, dishwashing detergent, and enough garbage bags for the week. The hot tub is right next to the condo and was convenient to walk to. The walk up to the Snowflake lift takes about 5 - 8 minutes depending on what gear you have on. It is up hill so take your time. There is a bus stop halfway up the hill, but it is just as quick to walk it. We skied down 4-Oclock run to the sister condo and walked across the street when returning. Very easy return, but for the snowboarders there are a few flat spots. The condo was perfect for walking to town, probably a 5-minute walk to main street. We enjoyed shopping and even walked to the Troll from the condo. If you're looking for a location that is central and an easy walk to access all terrain levels, this is a great place. The host was amazing and ensured we had everything we needed as well as extra keys. We will look to book this condo again in the future.

Perfect peak 8

Our stay couldn’t have been better especially considering we were even there on Presidents weekend. The condo is super close to the snowflake lift which typically has a very short lift line. If you’re over 60, I’d recommend taking the shuttle if possible. We did eat out every night, but we ate breakfast every morning in the unit. We took advantage of the hot tub which can accommodate a lot of people. Very fun. There was a big snowfall the day before we arrived so the skiing was amazing. We had some travel issues as a result of the snow, and the owners did all that they could to advise us as to our options to get up the mountain. They also recommended some great restaurants. We spent every evening after dinner playing cards and enjoying our family time. We did use the key locker for our skis only. We took off our boots to go up the stairs but kept our boots by the door. We had our own car, but town is definitely within walking distance and parking in town was challenging. We will definitely be back.

Pierre was wonderful to communicate with us. The condo was exactly as described and the location was great. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Great family-friendly condo with Ski-In Access!

Our family loved our stay at this condo. The loft area with 4 twin beds was a hit with our family. The condo location and access to the free Breckenridge shuttle meant that our rental car stayed in the parking lot for our entire visit. We caught the shuttle every morning to hit the slopes and then skied back to the unit every afternoon. It was so easy and having the use of a ski locker on the ground floor meant that we did not have to haul our gear to the condo. We also utilized close access to Christy Sports located across the street for our rentals. This saved a lot of time and headaches. The condo was very clean and the owners were a pleasure to communicate with. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again!

Best VRBO so far

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs. This was by far the best. Every time we remembered something that we had forgotten it was available in one of the cupboards or closets. We could not have asked for easier check-in, a cleaner condo or better location. We will stay here many times in the future I can’t recommend this place enough. Very spacious, comfortable, and easy walk to Main Street.

Comfortable Mountain Condo!

Absolutely loved the location of the property as it was walking distance to and from town/ restaurants, and a short walk to snowflake lift! This property was very comfortable and spacious allowing for 10 people to sleep! The balcony made for beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge, and we had a pleasant experience with the owner!! Highly recommend, and would love to visit again!

Loved this place

This would be a great place to stay year round. We visited this fall and the colors were just beautiful. We took many wonderful drives around the mountains to see the beautiful scenery and nearby towns. When we spent some days right in Breckinridge everything was so convienent, we could walk to town and to restaurants. The condo was very comfortable with lots of sleeping room and eating room and was nicely decorated. It is also very close to the ski lifts so you wouldn't need transportation to go skiing. I would love to come back again soon.

Best Autumn Vacation Ever

We used to live in Colorado and would love to come to the mountains to view the fall colors. We were extremely happy to find this condo in Breckenridge. We were a short walk to town and a few hundred feet from Snowflake Lift at the base of the mountain. The condo was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. We didn't use the Loft because there were only 2 of us, but it would a great place to bring the Grand kids on a future trip. We took day trips to Aspen, Vail, Winter Park, Rocky Mountain Nation Park, Steamboat Springs, Grand Lake and always made it back to the condo in plenty of time to enjoy dinner and the many activities in town. A great place in a wonderful area. We will be back It was a great and relaxing week

Heart of Breck!

Pierre's condo is a wonderful place in the heart of Breck. Within easy walking distance of downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes, this place is great for a weekend getaway or a week of outdoor adventures. We were able to walk to local coffee shops each morning for breakfast and were a short drive from Lake Dillon where we went stand up paddle-boarding for the afternoon. The condo is comfortable with views of the surrounding mountains. It also has an awesome loft area for kids or extra guests. We were extremely pleased with our weekend away here and had a great experience with the owners. I would highly recommend it.

Great condo right on the mountain

We went up to the mountains for a weekend away and stayed here. Pierre and Jamie were great to rent from. The condo is cozy feeling, but it has a vaulted ceiling so it still feels very roomy. The loft is great for kiddos to play and sleep in. The rooms were good sized and all the rooms had plenty of big windows for lots of light. The location is right next to a ski lift if you want to head up the mountain, and it's also a short walk from downtown if you want to do some shopping or exploring. We had a great time here. Would definitely like to return.
