This VRBO rental property is 3,200 square feet and is located on the first level of a 5,000 square foot, multi-million-dollar home directly on the Sudden Valley golf course, offering the most beautiful views of Lake Whatcom and the foothills. This property is currently the largest and most desirable home within the Sudden Valley community. This beautifully decorated rental property is completely private with absolutely NO shared spaces, with a private entrance and parking. The rental space features very high, 13-foot ceilings, two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, two full bathrooms, a fitness room, a private movie theater with surround sound and reclining lounge chairs, and a SONOS sound system throughout the rental property, controlled by a mounted iPad or your smartphone.

This VRBO rental property is a large 5000 square foot property, this property is the largest home inside the Sudden Valley community. This property has NO shared spaces, the entire space is available for rent, but most families either can't afford the $1000 daily rate to rent the entire property or families just don't need a 5000 square foot house for their family vacation. This house is truly a one-of-a-kind rental property being located directly on the Sudden Valley golf course with the most beautiful views of Lake Whatcom. As a renter you received a very discounted rate for your stay, and I hope you had time to enjoy the private hot tub, fitness room, and private movie theater with surround sound and reclining lounge chairs. I'm truly sorry for the lack of communication. I had a new cleaning service that was cleaning the property. The maid was supposed to leave the detailed instructions inside the kitchen area but left the instructions inside one of the kitchen drawers by mistake, along with the amenities card. The owner of the property has a very busy schedule and is always travelling for work, otherwise proper communication would have been clearly achieved.
