Apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 90 m² spacious and with terrace, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has a lift, 10 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool, 1 private parking space in the same building, ceiling fans, 1 Television, iron.

The independent kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino. Automatic check-in can be done at the accommodation itself and only if not coming by car. In this case, online check-in and deposit payment must be made through the link we will send.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

Love this place just wish you could receive the keys at the apartment and an earlier check in.

I love its location, I’ve stayed in this apartment 4/5 times now and definitely will use it again. I return because it has great views off the ocean. I hate having to collect the keys and return the keys to the booking office, which is 20/30 minutes from the apartment on foot. It’s abit inconvenient with young children and luggage. The 4.30pm check-in is along wait if your flight has you there early.

Stayed in 11-A for 3 nights. Just myself and a mate. But could easily have had room for a few more and would have been comfortable. Very clean and a terrific location just on the outskirts of the Old Town with an easy walk to the contrasting Benidorm centre. The beach and some very good bars and just meters away and the apartments are above a large supermarket. The Benidorm.booking office is a 15min walk away but once you’ve got your keys and they explained a few rules and expectations, you’re left to it. Easy. Good value for a self-catering stay in Benidorm. Small Non-smart TV

Nice location for both old and new town areas, lovely views. Huge balcony. Everything in the kitchen for a 3 night stay duration. Duvets for chilli nights . Pool looks very inviting, we found it on the last day. No instructionsdetails available for practical info, the bins/refuse area was the main query. It's a distance from the office and key collection to the apartment at night with no taxi around. No beach chairs unfortunately. Check out is at the office for 11am, although it says 12 on the door of the apartment.

Regarding waste collection, the containers for depositing it are located right in front of the apartment. Also, the apartment does not have beach chairs, as this is not listed in the apartment's features. Квартира находиться прямо в старом городе, на первой линии к пляжу. Везде есть бары и рестораны, перекусочные, маленькие супермаркеты и большой совсем рядом где всё можно купить по адекватным ценам. В прошлом году мы жили а Поненте, а в этот раз в Леванте. В следующий раз будем рассматривать только Леванте. Нам очень понравилось В квартире были маленькие неполадки, как поломанные держатели для туалетной бумаги и для полотенец, не закрывались двери на балкон, при чём обе двери. В спальнях нет ключей в дверях, только в одной из ванных комнат. Не очень удобно, когда проживают шесть человек. Не возможно уеденится даже в туалете. За ключи на квартиру нужно было платить залог в размере 200 евро, это не было указано при брони. Но атмосфера этого волшебного города компенсировала маленькие неурядицы. Кстати подушки тоже были не удобными. Я спала комфортно, потому что всегда на длительный период беру свою подушку с собой. Очень рекомендую.

Me encantó la ubicación y la tranquilidad del sitio. Sobretodo la terraza perfecta para desayunar con las vistas al mar. Estaba bien pero en las fotos parece un poco más moderno de lo que es en persona. No había agua caliente en la ducha. Podrían tener un poco más de iluminación las habitaciones.

Hola Rubén. Gracias por comentar por aquí. La hora de entrada son las 16:30 y la de salida las 11:00. Utilizamos ese tiempo para limpiar el apartamento y reparar desperfectos si los hay. Por eso nos alegra que lo haya encontrado limpio. No obstante, si el apartamento está limpio antes de las 16:30, estamos encantados de dar la entrada, para mayor comodidad de nuestros huéspedes.
