Great communication from property management. Appreciated it was pet friendly so we could bring our little dog. Plenty of space for two couples to hang out in a relaxed setting. Kitchen supplies a little lacking, like only one fork for the four of us, and no dishwasher soap. Layout was a little funky, but very spacious, and clean. Overall a nice stay.

We stayed here while we were at the state track meet. It's a great place and I was pleasantly surprised at how much room we had. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

We had a great time staying at this property. It's very unique condo with a ton of space. We were also pleased to find Caffé 11th Avenue for awesome breakfast only a couple block away on the same street.

Wonderful place to stay in Yakima

This property is beautiful and great for family gatherings. We enjoyed the apartment and our neices that visited us while we were there will be booking this VRBO for their visits home rather than going to an outrageously priced motel in Yakima. Having the little kitchen made mornings relaxed and a great start to the day.

Gotta stay here!

A very interesting, historic place. Designed to make one feel at home, especially as you sink into the luxurious electric reclining sofa in the master. Its very close to everything you need, food, places to eat, I-82. Lovely decor, super comfortable beds.

Spacious, unique condo

Good stay overall. Check in was simple. Very unique building, with lots of room to relax. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy one night, but quieted down before it got too late and host provided earplugs in case they were needed.

Kind of funky

This is the old Shopkeeper building and contains 3 or 4 additional apartments. Cleanliness was an issue with a filthy front window and numerous cobwebs around the ceiling. The location was ideal. Very close to a several restaurants, 11th Ave Caffe, open 7 days at 7am.

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend the PNWU graduation. Lots of open space but the layout is a “goofy”- light switches behind the couch, a bathroom light on a totally different wall etc. There are no windows in the kitchen or second bedroom (this is shown in listing) if you had to close the door it was so stuffy- a small fan would have helped tremendously to circulate the air-two side table lamps but one was nowhere near an outlet or extension cord-for show only. Except for the back bedroom & bathroom there is no natural light, there is a large window in the small sitting area in front that offers some light, but it was so filthy it was hard to even look through it, there is also a wall between this window & the rest of the house that blocked most light. The unit could use deep cleaning The leather couch in the living area needs to be replaced; the cushions keep falling off when you try to sit on them. Toaster was broken, pans need to be replaced, only 4 forks. The parking garage had a car parked there. We did not have time to call the host again, so we just parked on the street- we were afraid if we parked in the garage we might get blocked in. No hairdryer as listed We messaged our host -communication could have been better. We would not rent this rental again

Convenient spot.

The property was clean and the location is convenient for wherever you'd like to explore in Yakima. It is a bit quirky as it feels like a business and the layout is odd, but it got the job done for having a place to sleep. Others mentioned it, but the garage isn't currently usable with the bushes growing near it (unless you'd like to scrape your vehicle on the way in and out).

Good and bad but enjoyed are stay and hope to do it again.

The rental property was well described and the accommodations were good however the cleanliness left something to be desired. I dropped a a cube of ice on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black with dirt. Also the TV control fell under the couch (you could almost grow stuff). Upon departure and stripping the bed I was appalled.at the condition of the mattress (king size bed). to start with there was not a mattress cover and the amount of dried bloodily fluids on the mattress was sickening and I am a guy. We took pictures of theses issues if someone wants to view them. I don’t mind your cleaning fees if things are clean. The TV was extremely difficult to operate and we were never able to get even local channels. Overall a very nice facility and it could be perfect with better attention to cleanliness. It’s a great location. The amenities are very lovely and it’s comfortable just like home. Regards JP

Yakima Stay

Great for short time stay in Yakima. Very spacious with a quirky floorpan. This condo worked just fine for us for 5 nights. No washer or dryer. The garage parking space is very tight and an arborvitae plant needs to be removed to make it somewhat easier. This house is an historic Yakima home and it was special to stay there.

Nice place

Property best suited for weekend stay, less well for extended stays. House is spacious, comfortable, quiet. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped. No washer or dryer. WiFi is very stable and quick. AC was quiet and very effective. Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Management was very helpful and responsive. Location was good, short drive to most of our destinations. Cleaning supplies were a bit minimal (hand soap diluted, small amount of dish soap, limited paper products), so we had to supplement these. For a short stay, this would not be an issue. TV in living room very good but TV in bedroom needs replacement.

Thanks for staying with us. There are enough supplies to last a couple days or more depending on the number of people. This was stated in the description. We really do appreciate the long stays, but do not have storage to supply usables for long stays

Baseball weekend

The condo was in a perfect location for our stay, 5 mins to the baseball complex and easy access to downtown. The only minor issue was the bedding for the king bed. It only had a sheet and a thin bedspread, no blanket and the only pillows were in the decorative shams, no pillow cases. Did not find any extras in the house. The way the condo is decorated and set up was very comfortable for our stay. Possibly the bedding was missed when the unit was prepared for our stay.

Spacious and clean space, responsive owner team

This spot was great for my husband, me, and our infant. There was plenty of space for our little one to crawl around (we appreciated the soft furniture and minimal extraneous décor). The large room with two beds was more than we needed, but we loved the set up with super comfy recliner couches and Netflix on demand. Also, most appreciate was that the the owner/property manager were extremely responsive and helpful for all of our needs/questions. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, updated, comfortable. Location is fine, yakima is small enough that you can get anywhere in 10 minutes. However I do not think anywhere desirable is really walkable from the unit. My only negative is how much we had to do on the “move out”. Was pretty detailed esp for the price.
