Die 120 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im charmanten Dorf Marina della Lobra, direkt am Meer, in einer privilegierten und strategischen Lage, um die berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sorrent, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Pompeji, Neapel, Vesuv und vom Meer aus zu erreichen , direkt ab dem Yachthafen unterhalb des Hauses, entweder zu Lande, mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es ist sehr geräumig, auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei angrenzende Schlafzimmer mit zwei Ausziehbetten und einem Babybett. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Meerblick. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Obergeschoss zwei große Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, die mit Liegestühlen, Klappstühlen und einem kleinen Tisch sowie einem Servicebad ausgestattet sind. In der unteren Etage befindet sich ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick, ausgestattet mit Stühlen, Tischen, einem Schlafsofa und zwei Sesseln; Die Küche ist mit Herd, Spüle, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet und mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck ausgestattet. ein komplettes Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen und modernen Dusche und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderstange. Das Panorama, das man vom großen Fenster am Ende des Saals aus bewundern kann, ist ekstatisch.

Wonderful quaint stay

Lovely three day visit! We enjoyed the quiet and quaintness of this location yet close to all the Amalfi Coast sights. Francesco was so helpful and kind. He arranged our boat tour to Capri and we docked a boat just steps away from the apartment. We would recommend staying in Massa Lubrense!

Definitely worth multiple flights of stairs. Charming and unique property located right in the village next to the sea. Beautiful views and stunning location. Sleepy little town that is a breath of fresh air away from the mobs of people in Sorrento and Capri. Stellar location to catch a tour to Capri as well.

Great place

Francesco (host) was so much help setting up boat trips and other transfers it made our stay even better. The property was perfect for our family. Great views from the main room and deck. We enjoyed the swimming area a short walk away. You are close to Sorento, Capri and Amalfi but just far enough away from all the traffic and tourism in the area. Angelo's snack bar and Antonio's store were favorites, both great guys. We hope to return in the future. 5 stars!

I’m ready to move here!

Francesco was absolutely amazing from booking to check out. I originally put in the wrong number of nights and he corrected it. We (3 adults celebrating turning 50) had a fantastic 3 nights in his beautiful apartment. Francesco coordinated pick up, Pompeii, a walk in Sorrento where we are at Aurora Pizzeria, a cruise to Capri Island, and a cruise to Amalfi. The apartment is 44 steps up with an incredible view of the marina. There’s a walking path, swimming in the sea, a market, a couple restaurants and Angelo’s snack bar. We went to all of the places and never left the marina, other than the cruises. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay away from the busy crowds.

So many great qualities about this property and our stay.

This property is perfect for those that don't want all the tourism and traffic that you would get in Amalfi or Positano but close enough to enjoy those cities and many more in a relaxed ocean front location. The property is beautiful with great views from every window and Francesco (Host) couldn't have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and setting up a trip to Capri. We explored Amalfi, Positano, Herculaneum, Sorento, Salerno, Paestum, Capri while staying at this location so plenty to do. Antonio has a store for general items (food/beer/coffee...) just a few doors down from this property and he is a pleasure to talk too. The food in this area was fabulous and very reasonably priced. Our favorite spot (Funiculi Funicula) was right outside our door and has fabulous seafood, past and pizza. Carmine was our waiter and we enjoyed the service he provided on every occasion. La Torre, Antico Franchischiello, and Farmhouse Il Giardino Di Vigliano are all a short drive and amazing as well. We had four adults in our group and we couldn't have been happier with the property and what it had to offer. 5+ Stars in our opinion.

Fantastic location for a magical vacation!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 - adults and young adult children. Francesco was the most communicative, thoughtful and kind host I've ever had in a VRBO. He helped us to arrange anything and everything we needed, from fantastic outings, restaurant recommendations, to transportation, he helped with it all. We took awesome day trips right from the marina that is steps outside the door. We enjoyed the restaurants that are also only steps away. Antonio had anything we needed at his mini market which is at the bottom of the stairs to the building. We enjoyed Angelo's Bar for apertivo and dinner. Francesco made sure to welcome us by starting off our stay with amenities that were above and beyond. He met us to help carry our luggage up the many stairs to the apartment. He even went so far as to leave some gluten free treats and pasta for my daughter to ensure we would have everything we needed during our stay. He patiently answered every question we had and truly made it so that our vacation was a magical one. Francesco was the embodiment of Italian hospitality and I highly recommend staying here.

Massa Lubrense Harbor

The VRBO is very nice, just as the pictures showed. We enjoyed sitting on the upper patio deck overlooking the harbor. Francesco was very helpful and helped with a boat trip to the Amalfi coast, as well as Capri. Since we were staying right on the harbor, we only needed to walk down to the boat! We had trouble with the buses. We were under the assumption they ran every hour from the harbor, but they do not! Staying at the harbor is somewhat remote. You will need to catch a bus from the harbor to Massa Lubense main part of town (about a 30 minute walk uphill) and then catch a different bus to go to Sorrento or wherever you need to go. There are at least 3 restaurants that were very good on the harbor. Also, two very small markets to get some essentials. I highly recommend Relais Del Mare for a low key place to stay. Just be aware of the bus times. And, they will not wait for you. You have to be there when they pull up, or they just leave.

Seaside Paradise

There are not enough words to express how magical our stay was at Franceso's apartment! To begin with, Francesco was ESSENTIAL in booking all of our excursions and drivers. I came to him with only a vague idea of what my group wanted to do during our stay, and Francesco went above and beyond providing options and helping to book the tours once we had chosen. He also arranged drivers to pick us up and bring us to the airport/train station at the end of our stay. I can not emphasize enough how kind and attentive Francesco was and how easy he made our plans and travels. The apartment itself is wonderful - clean, bright, in a PERFECT location! We were a group of 6 girls and came with QUITE a bit of stuff, but we felt very comfortable with the amount of space. There is easy access to the water where we swam multiple times a day. We also HIGHLY recommend Angelo's for any and all meals/aperitivo - they were so hospitable and wonderful we ended up eating most of our meals there! Additionally - Giovanna, one of the owners, set us up with a private sunset cruise on our last evening! Her brother owns a boat and was able to give us a wonderful price, complete with fresh cut fruit and prosecco on the boat! This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The TLDR: If you are thinking about booking with Francesco - DO IT! You will not regret it!

Overpriced and Neglected

Our stay and the property could have been so much better if the host had bothered to show any care and attention to it's condition or our concerns. This was by far the most expensive accommodation we booked for our entire month traveling, but the facilities were amongst the worst. The shower head was old and broken and generally shabby. He told us to use the hand shower instead - not a satisfactory substitute at times.The kitchen facilities were poor. The butane gas bottle was empty, we expected to self cater and that was an issue. The bottle was changed the following afternoon after the host told us that we were doing something wrong. We told him the kettle was broken and the switch dangerous, we asked for a replacement and he seemed unconcerened and told us to boil water in a saucepan. Difficult without any gas. Every concern we raised he dismissed until I sent him video evidence. The apartment could have been amazing with proper hosting but unfortunately really spoiled what should have been a great experience. All in all very poor value for money.

If I did something wrong, I apologize and I will take advantage of this experience to increase my standards of hospitality, but I think this was a big misunderstanding. This is the only one bad review out of 100 got, so I apologize in advance if I’m wrong in my answer. You were disappointed because I didn't provide you with a new kettle, and you did this review out of revenge. The kettle worked before you arrived, in any case it can happen that it breaks, I have already purchased a new one and if I had known that it was so essential for you I would have had someone deliver it to you immediately .It is absolutely not true that I was not interested in your concerns. I always responded quickly to all your messages and tried to do everything I could to please you. The gas in the kitchen is supplied by a cylinder which must be replaced periodically because it becomes empty. I'm sorry it happened just when you were at home but, as I always do, I sent someone to replace her immediately (not the following afternoon, I could prove what I say because I have all our conversations saved, but I guess there's no need). The shower head worked before you arrived, I tried to explain to you over the phone how to make it work, but apparently that too broke during your stay. When I get in the house after your check out, I realized that it was not repairable, you understand that replacing a shower column in a very short time can be difficult, I didn't have a spare ready and I apologize for this but you had another shower head to make the shower. Furthermore, you talk about the kitchen which was not well stocked because there were no drying rags, I apologized and kindly asked you to buy them and that I would reimburse you for the expense, but I certainly could have done more. One last thing I want to say about the price. You booked a price for 6 people even though you were only two of you. It is not higher than the average price of apartments on the Sorrento coast, if you also consider that you have used a private parking space for 7 days, and trust me that parking on the Sorrento coast is not cheap. Even you wrote that the apartment could have been amazing! The value of an apartment is determined by many factors, the position, the views and so on. Parfait

Idéalement situé sur la marina, le lieu n'est ni trop fréquenté ni désert et Il y a un magasin de proximité pour les courses vitales (hors restaurants). On peut faire des courses à Massa à 10m de marche pour le reste des courses et aussi prendre le bus vers toutes les destinations touristiques (Via Sorrento pour Pompei/Vesuve/Herculanum/Naples) ou pour la cote Almafitaine. Sur la marina, on peut prendre des circuits touristiques vers Capri ou même louer un bateau. Il y a aussi un club de plongée sur place (Padi). L'appartement est grand, très propre et a une vue superbe sur la baie de Naples. Bref, l'idéal pour visiter, se reposer ou profiter de la mer.

Hidden gem

We spent a long time trying to find the right property for us. Most properties in this area may be bigger and offer pools but they are up the mountain side. We wanted to be close to the water. We could not get closer without being in it! The location of this apartment is worth more than the 5 stars we can give it. It was also more than enough space for our family of 3 and also bright and clean. The views are wow, especially at sunset. Contact with Francesco was very good and he was very quick with replies to iur questions. We were able to swim in the sea every day even though it was the middle of October.
