Panorama Ocean View Guesthouse, 5 Blocks zum Strand in OB, privat und hundefreundlich

Perfekt für ein Einzel- oder Paar, wurde dieses Wochenende im Jahr 2012 gebaut und wurde nur von Familie und Freunden genutzt. Ungefähr 400sq ft Wohnfläche, plus ein großes Deck, voll ausgestattete Küche, Außengrill, Vollbad, reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und ein neues Queen-Size-Bett.

Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück, aber die Strukturen sind getrennt und privat. Private Zufahrt zur Nutzung durch Gäste. Wäscherei auf Anfrage, sowie Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Haustiere sind willkommen, und ein freundlicher Hund lebt auf Eigentum.

Das Gewerbegebiet von OB ist nur ein paar Blocks bergab, mit Einzelhandel, Restaurants und Bars, sowie Surfen und Badestrände.

Chose this place based on the pictures and the reviews. Both were accurate. It is small, but well designed to make it feel bigger. The view from the patio will keep this place on my short list of places to stay in Ocean Beach.

Great views in a quiet neighbourhood

A very friendly host, fabulous ocean views from the deck in a very quiet neighbourhood. The studio has anything you need, shops and restaurants are about 15min walk down the hill. Everyone in OB was very friendly, the neighborhood so beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights and didn’t want to leave.

Late Summer vacation

We had a great time, felt very comfortable safe and had plenty of privacy, all while knowing our host was onsite nearby and available to assist with any questions. Very friendly and welcoming especially after a long trip from the East Coast. Ocean Beach area very relaxed and the property was a great refuge after a day in the city or at the beach. Felt Like Home!

We stayed at Kents property for our trip to San Diego this past week. I'm a light sleeper so hotels aren't exactly ideal for our vacations, but this unit was perfect! Kent was very friendly and welcoming, and the unit we stayed in was spotless. It was so nice to have off street parking and all the amenities that were provided (there was even a grill!) Kent is very responsive to texts which made the process so easy for us. We cannot thank him enough! We will be back!

Relaxing and comfortable retreat

The balcony views were exactly what we needed with the ocean breeze coming in. Location was a great location for the commute to all of our touristy ventures. The place itself was one we looked forward to returning to daily to relax and recharge. The kitchen was a huge perk and great water pressure. The owner was super fast to respond and attentive to any questions. He went above and beyond. Much appreciated!

Up the Hill in Ocean Beach

Kent’s accommodation is up the hill from the beach in a quiet and scenic part of OB. The ocean view from the front deck is special. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent Ocean Beach Stay

The view is absolutely amazing! the patio oversees the ocean and perfect for having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Check in process was super easy. Kent was constantly in communication. Walkable to the restaurants and beach. It is up hill but nothing major. One of the best places I have stayed at and would definitely stay again

Incredible Ocean View

Fantastic view of the ocean and hills of San Diego. Our host Kent provided a clean functional space with everything you might need on a vacation stay. And there’s a private parking spot so that’s a huge plus. Great price for the location.

Great Place. Wonderful Ocean View!

This place was great for my husband and I during a 4-day stay. It was well equipped, and is in a great location. Kent communicated with us every step of the way. He was sure to let us know we could contact him anytime. The property is very close to everything in Ocean Beach. Kent's home is right next door, but the rental is completely private. The views make this place special. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Views for days... you can see the waves breaking.

This property was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. It had everything we needed, and the location was ideal. Kent was east to communicate with and he accommodated our requests easily. His restaurant suggestions were on point, and we had some really delicious meals in OB, just a 10 min walk from the rental. The views are what make this place so special. We hope to be back!

Spectacular short stay!

We had a spectacular short stay at this property! The check-in process was easy and the owner/property manager proactively communicated with us. The online listing was accurate and the virtual walkthrough in advance was an added bonus! The property was very clean and offered various amenities. The deck with panoramic ocean view was absolutely wonderful! Finally, the location and neighborhood were both great. One can access cafes, restaurants, and stores via a short walk. Thank you!

Relaxing in the Treehouse

The view is perfect.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to cook food, relax on the patio and enjoy the view of the ocean. Perfect location. Bed and shower are great. There were 2 of us with our dog and the space was amazing for the dog beach.
