Santoneige is a spacious (150 m2) newly built holiday in the typical "en pierre" style of the region. This very special and super deluxe holiday home is located in a quiet location, has a large garden with a beautiful private swimming pool on the side of the house. Santoneige is just 2 km from a village with restaurant and bakery. The beautiful town of Montignac is only a 5-minute drive away, where you will find cozy restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, etc. The final photos of, among other things, the filled swimming pool will soon be posted on the website (end of April).

Interior
Santoneige has been furnished with great care and luxury in a fairy-tale style and has the complete living program on the ground floor. Are you looking for something very special and do you want to surround yourself with luxury and this special fairy-tale style, then this is really the perfect holiday home for you: Spacious living / dining room with open kitchen and kitchen island. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. From the hallway you have access to the bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet (who doesn't want this?) and your own private bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, the other bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200. Ideal for 2 friends or a family with 2 children.

Outside
Entrance with driveway, large carport for 2 cars and a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 2000 m2, on the side of the house (next to the living room) is a beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters, of course with a nice barbecue!

Surroundings
From Santoneige it is only a five minute drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, you can of course also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is 2 km away and here too there are some shops, cafés, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can take golf lessons in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric Medieval city of Sarlat (20 km) with charming markets and fun summer festivals.
