Thank you for your kind words! The patio and wrap around windows are one of my favorite aspects as well! We hope to host you and your family again soon!

Thank you so much for your feedback Valerie! We're so happy you enjoyed your stay! Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily using more minimal bedding that can easily be washed between each guest and have removed "non-essential" bedding items such as throw pillows, shams, and throw blankets as guest safety during this time is our number 1 priority! We are hopeful that the pandemic will be over soon and we an return to using the original bedding, which is amazing! We can't wait to have you back!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We were happy to have you stay with us again! While the owners spare no expense to make this property the luxurious beachfront retreat that it is, mattress comfort is subjective and the owners prefer a softer mattress. They did investigate when they came down after your departure to ensure there wasn't an issue with the mattress or frame and found everything to be in perfect condition. I'm not sure if you tried the king mattress in the second guest bedroom, but that mattress may be more to your liking when you hopefully visit us again soon!

Dear Audra, We are very pleased to have you as a returning guest of the gorgeous condo. I am not sure what number you called at 4:0O PM CST since our office does not close until 5:00 CST. We would have immediately assisted you in restoring the water to the condo since the sensitive water alarm went off. This system is suppose to help detect any leaks that might occur in the condo however; a small amount of water on the floor can sometimes set it off. We will be placing some detailed instructions in the unit so that guest will know what to do in the event it happens to them. We have decided to follow through with your suggestion on a few additional amenity items such as the trash bags and soap. I agree this would be nice to provide the guest with a few more housekeeping amenities. We hope to see you again soon. Remember, all returning guest get a 5% repeat guest discount. Also, make sure to book directly with Platinum Vacations of Destin to avoid additional service fees. Make sure to tell all your friends!
