Willkommen im Pelican House! In der luxuriösen Wohnanlage Wild Dunes auf Isle of Palms, SC, finden Sie die Ruhe und Entspannung, nach der Sie sich gesehnt haben. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein neu eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und großem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. brandneue Küche mit Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl und doppeltem Backofenbereich; Essbereich für 6-8 Personen; und ein wunderschön eingerichtetes abgeschirmtes Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die malerische Lagune sowie einem Flachbild-TV, einem Deckenventilator und Lichterketten zum abendlichen Entspannen. Das luxuriöse Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, Türen zur hinteren Veranda, einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Hauptbad. Eine Gästetoilette schließt das Erdgeschoss ab. Das Haus ist mit Highspeed-WLAN und DirecTV ausgestattet. Ein aktualisiertes Schwingbett auf der Veranda macht das Zuhause noch komfortabler für den erholsamen Urlaub, von dem Sie geträumt haben.

Great for a family!

My family stayed here, and it was perfect! The home was clean, and the beach and pool were a short walk for my kids! I even loved the gate on the stars to keep our toddler contained safely :) will be coming back.

We loved our stay at 11 pelican bay , island reality was very attentive to our needs, the clothes dryer stopped working, it was replaced the next day, looking forward to staying there again next year !!

Annual Girls Trip

My 3 closest friends and I have been going away every year for distressing, long weekends. This was the PERFECT house - it was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, convenient to everything in Wild Dunes, SO CLOSE to the beach and the Beach House! We loved it so much we cannot wait to book it again!! So thankful for the owners generosity and thoughtful gestures throughout the house! ❤️

Great location, screen porch and front porch.

The location was a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved the front porch swing and spent most of our time on the back screen porch. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had everything we needed. The home's exterior could use pressure washing and repairs, as it looked tired. The wood on the screen porch was filthy and could have been at least wiped down if not washed. The interior was clean enough and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the living area was cozy. It's a lovely home but needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and liked the home. The rental agency was responsive and very helpful. We rented both bikes and an umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice service that we enjoyed.

Just Okay

Pictures were a bit deceiving. Not super clean. Some dishes in cupboard were not clean. Back deck looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirty, leaves etc. chairs were dirty and so was deck. Back covered patio chairs and cushions were not clean. Despite this we liked the location and the peaceful setting. A bit pricey and expected a little more.

We will be sure to reach out to the housekeeping company to ensure they do a better clean next time, and to check and make sure past guests have not put away dirty dishes. We do our best this time of year to keep up with the back porch, but they are surrounded by live oaks which drop their leaves in the spring rather than in the fall. It is an uphill battle this time of year, but we will be sure to have housekeeping check that area as well before arrivals to try to make the porch more presentable.

The interiors are decorated beautifully! The home had all of the amenities and cooking supplies we needed for my family. The several spaces to watch TV, especially the Gamecocks were great. However, I wish there would have been a large TV in the living area with the sectional sofa to accommodate the eight of us watching the game. We would be more than happy to rent this home again in the future! Thanks again for the hospitality.

Overall, nice.

The house itself was nice. Some things are a little rundown/outdated and need fixing. The "beach items" it states they provide, are left over items from other visitors. Nothing of real substance. Not enough towels for the 5 people who stayed, no kitchen towels, and very miscellaneous utensils. Overall, still a good house. Cleaning service needs to update their checklist.
