Bei einem Besuch in unserem professionell gestalteten Reihenhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern in Moab dreht sich alles um die zentrale Lage zu den Annehmlichkeiten der Umgebung. Diese komplett moderne und neuwertige Residenz ist ideal für zwei Familien, die sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Gaskamin, ein Esszimmer und einen geschlossenen Patio mit Gasgrill teilen. Die Rim Village-Anlage bietet private, ruhige und wunderschön gestaltete Adobe-Reihenhäuser mit begehbaren Straßen und Annehmlichkeiten wie dem Gemeinschaftspool (beheizt von April bis Oktober) und Whirlpools (ganzjährig beheizt).

Die Residenz bietet eine Garage für zwei Autos und verfügt über einen Basketballkorb und eine Tischtennisplatte, wenn Sie die Wanderwege und Flüsse der Umgebung nicht erkunden möchten. Im Rim Village gibt es genügend Parkplätze für Anhänger usw.

Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer bieten einen HD-Fernseher. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen Whirlpool, der nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zum Entspannen einlädt.

We had a great time. Stayed for a week. There was plenty of parking for our offer vehicles which was really nice. Wish the pool would’ve opened up sooner as it was pretty hot. Otherwise, we would stay there again next year.

Nice condo complex

Great place to stay and lots of space. We appreciated the information booklet that gave us tips on places in the area. The garage was handy for storing bikes! The area is south of Moab so it is quiet but you do have a bit more driving into the centre of Moab and to trails etc. to the North. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a Fall Getaway

This property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was so nice to get out and enjoy the 4x4 trails during the day and then have a comfortable space to come back to for a relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Sxs Moab trip

Overall this was a good place to stay. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place was pretty clean - had a few stray black hairs in the bathroom tub/floor and the kitchen counter was a little gritty. Some of the dishes we rewashed before use. Would have liked some more comforts like throw blankets and some Kleenex. We stayed for about a week and there was only enough toilet paper/garbage bags for a few days, most places we've stayed provides a lot more than that especially with the price here being higher than a lot of places. This place was nice to have our dog, it stayed nice and cool for him. However even though it’s listed as pet friendly there are strict instructions that dogs aren’t allowed to be left without crating, and not allowed on furniture which doesn’t exactly feel welcoming but depending on different peoples dogs I do understand. Overall if you are coming down to hit the trails this is a great place to store your ride and equipment over night with a large garage available and nice to have dinner in with a grill and full kitchen sets.

My main complaint was that we received an email the night before check out that asked us to load and start the washer strip the beds run the dishwasher etc.... But yet we paid well over $200 in cleaning fee... prior to stay.. And there was an envelope there to leave a tip in I felt we were gouged on that end. But was very happy with the accommodations! Would consider staying again.

Great condo

We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay in this beautiful condo. It was at up with everything we needed and wow the views were spectacular. ThAnk you for making our Moab vacation so wonderful.

Clean and quiet with beautiful view!

This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Hidden Valley trailhead. We took walks in the community every evening and enjoyed the beautiful views as the light changed. There is a community pool a short walk away and though we didn't use it, it appeared clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, though we nearly panicked when we realized we didn't bring coffee filters. Fortunately, we found some above the refrigerator (thank you!). We appreciated the mountain biking guide -- it led us to some adventures. The patio was very nice -- the birds in the trees nearby kept us entertained. We felt very much at home - thanks!
