Perfect holiday home

Lovely house & welcome visit by host. Provision of water, fruit, bread etc was a lovely tiych.

Lovely villa

The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean with plenty outdoor space and a great pool area. It is in a great location with the centre of Kassiopi, beach and quiet swimming spot all within a short walk.

Lovely villa in a great location

Would highly recommend this lovely property which is perfectly located to enjoy all that the area has to offer. You can easily walk to the bars and restaurants of Kassiopi and there are several lovely beaches also easily reached by foot. Would also highly recommend Petrino restaurant ( Villa owner is the head chef). . We would happily return here again.

Villa Petrino

Our group of 6 adults had a nice stay, despite unfortunate weather (rainy and cool) and issues with wifi and hot water. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Good location, just a short walk from town and restaurants. But the "hidden gem" beach was difficult to access. Keleigh and Yannis were friendly and helpful, but the above issues meant our experience didn't fully match what was promised.

Winner!

Although we had a few check in and communication issues, we were delighted with the villa, its cleanliness and proximity to the town. Well- equipped with everything a large group could need. Keleigh proved very helpful in sorting out the return of a couple of mislaid items and we will definitely be looking to book again!

Beautiful villa close to the high street

We were a group of seniors from Canada, looking for a little luxury after a ten-day walking holiday on Corfu. Villa Petrino was an ideal choice, with three ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen, balconies, and a fabulous pool, the perfect way to relax and cool off after a day of walking or shopping in Kassiopi. The villa is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches. We had no need of a car. Our only concern was the lack of communication before we arrived. Apparently Keyleigh was not getting messages through the VRBO app, but it did give us some anxious moments until we messaged her directly in WhatsApp and she responded very quickly. This is a problem that VRBO should resolve, however, as communication with a host is vital. Keyleigh was welcoming and helpful once we arrived. She gave us a welcome package with lots of food and treats and gave us advice on things to do and see in Kassiopi.

Petrino Villa

Stayed for seven days mid September. Well appointed and very comfortable villa. Poolside is a great place to spend the day relaxing. Despite being less than five minutes from Kassiopi main street, the villa is secluded and very peaceful. Kassiopi has lots of very good restaurants/bars and a very relaxed atmosphere. Very enjoyable holiday.

Excellent, highly recommend

This is a lovely villa in a beautiful resort. The property was very clean and well maintained, the pool not too chlorinated. It is within easy walking distance of the town where there are many restaurants and bars which were all good quality. The real plus point of this property is the owners Keleigh and Yiannis. We booked initially in Oct19 long before any mention of Coronavirus and were obviously concerned about paying any more as our travel plans were so uncertain. Keleigh extended the period we could get a full refund on the deposit and allowed us to postpone paying the balance until the last moment, she answered all my emails immediately and could not have been more reassuring. Once we were there again they responded to any queries straight away. Our return flight was late in the evening and Keleigh even let us spend the afternoon in a neighbouring villa of theirs as someone was arriving in ours, going very much over and above and hugely appreciated by us. I would book again without hesitation, we had a brilliant time.

Villa Petroni , Kassiopi

Well situated 5min walk to the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants/bars/shops etc. The villa was excellent and the owner made contact a few times in person to ensure we had everything we wanted. Excellent boat trip to Corfu town where a visit to the old town was most enjoyable. First class holiday.

Lovely villa

Just finished a ladies weekend away and we were impressed with cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the villa. The pictures do not do it justice. Host communication was very good and the location is also very good. Just a short walk from Kassiopi main streets.

Beautiful Villa

Our stay at the villa was incredible. Not only was the location just perfect, and the town of Kassiopi was beautiful and only a 10 min walk away, but the views from the property were spectacular!! Upon our arrival we walked in to a spotless property and the kids were running around so thrilled and excited. It had all the modern updates not typical with properties in Corfu, and the space was ample for our family of 4. The villa truly sleeps 8 people comfortably. The views from the upstairs bedroom were just beautiful and we used to watch the amazing sunsets from up there too. Within 10 mins walk there is a little private beach cove where the kids used to love to swim an snorkle, and just 7 mins drive away there is a beautiful sandy beach in Kalamaki. The location was great, the villa was incredible and clean and our host Keliegh was really helpful when it came to recommending places to go. We will definitely be visiting again and we cant wait to go back!!!

Villa Petrino, Kassiopi, Corfu

Villa Petrino exceeded our expectations- the pictures do not do justice to how nice the villa is! Comfortably accommodated our party of 7, we loved the pool area and having ate in a couple of times, happily can say the place is equipped well for self-catering too. Not overlooked whatsoever but the town is a simple , convenient walk. A lovely, relaxing experience . The Woodall family

A fabulous family holiday

What a lovely villa! My family had a wonderful short stay here. The whole booking process was easy and the house was spotless on arrival. The pool area is really lovely with comfy seating and a real sun trap! We chose the villa because of its location...and the description was true to word - a quiet spot but an easy stroll into Kassiopi that even my elderly mother managed! Definitely recommend! Thanks for everything x
