Sehr schöne Pariser Wohnung von 45 m2, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, typisch für die Haussmannsche Architektur, mit eleganten Parkettböden, schönen Volumina, Leisten, einem authentischen Pariser Kamin, hohen Fenstern, elektrischen Dimmern. Es wurde von einem Pariser Architekten renoviert.
In der 4. Etage (mit Aufzug) befindet sich ein helles Wohnzimmer - Wohnzimmer mit Chesterfield-Sofa aus Samt, Sesseln, einer in einen Tisch umwandelbaren Konsole (bis zu 12 Personen), ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und großen Schränken, eine Küche Voll ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Elektroherd, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Glastisch), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken.
Dieses Apartment befindet sich in der Rue de Chateaudun im Herzen des 9. Arrondissements in der Nähe der Galerien Notre Dame De Lorette, Lafayettes, Opéra und Montmartre. Das Louvre-Museum liegt 3 U-Bahnstationen entfernt.

Fun! We loved the apartment, the neighborhood is so accessible with 2 different metro lines so close by. The host is gracious and has excellent communication skills. Very clean and the decor is wonder(woman)ful!!!

Chic and comfortable apartment!

This is a delightful apartment situated near shopping, bakeries, the metro, and many other shops. It is a great place to launch a day’s promenade in Paris. The host has exceptional communication and the apartment is exactly as advertised. A very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic apartment

The location was ideal, nestled between Montmartre and the Opera and steps away from the Metro. Many wonderful shops and restaurants are available for your pleasure. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. When I arrived, essential groceries were waiting as well as fresh flowers. I would be delighted to stay here again!

The checking process was flawless. Salvadore and Francesco were available. If needed. The check in was perfect. They have a book with ideas, places to visit, and area stores. Many wonderful cafes in the area. We did not want to leave and will be our first option when we come back. Merci beaucoup!!

Best Ever

First timer to Paris. Perfect location. Very welcoming safe neighborhood ( day and night ) with easy access Metro next door. Walk to endless streets of cafes, shops, and bistros. The entry, elevator, and stairway is elegant. The place is super clean, uniquely decorated, bathroom/kitchen really well stocked, lots of plug ins, and really cool books on shelves. Bed comfy, extras linens, lots towels, extra pillows with all sizes/types. Strong Wifi. And Wonder Woman watching ovet at all times.

Perfect Parisian home

Communication was efficiently responded. Very quaint charming deco, with lots of details. Pantry was stocked with nespresso capsules tea, sugar etc, kitchen was stocked with some canned food, pasta, rice, oil etc. Very pleasant surprise. Location is excellent, supermarket, cafes, restaurant all within few minutes walk. 8 mins to Galleries Lafayette. Will definitely stay there again. No Aconditioner. Noise from the bar right below may be a little noisy but earplugs helped with muting the noise.

April in Paris

This was a wonderful experience! It began with excellent communication with the owner, something I don't take for granted. The location is fantastic--it's easy to get to many places, plus there are nearby stations on several metro lines. The apartment itself is chic and well-equipped, and I arrived to several vases of fresh flowers, plus some things to eat and drink--a very nice touch for travelers! Two things to know: the shower is very small, and you almost certainly will appreciate having earplugs. Otherwise, I heartily recommend this apartment! Merci e grazie to Salvatore et Francesco.

The best place in the best neighborhood

South Pigalle is a very cool and hip, young neighborhood - not a bit touristy. SoPi - as it is called- is very centrally located so one can walk up to Montmartre or down to the river and museums and gardens easily. It is also right next to Green Metro stop and two blocks from Pink 7 line, so you can get anywhere in the city easily underground. So many restaurants and bars are right within a few blocks. The apartment is immaculately clean and very cool looking. Comfy bed, nice kitchen. If you are 6’8’’ and 280 lbs, you may be a bit tight in the small typical European shower, but otherwise all is very good. 4th floor with elevator or get your exercise walking the steps! Salvatore and Francesco will take good care of your check-in and check-out. Absolutely top recommendation for this beautiful apartment in Paris!

Comfortable apartment in the heart of the 9th

We've stayed in a fair number of Paris apartments, and this is among the best. It has all the mod cons, and there's even an elevator (not something you can take for granted in Paris). About the rooms: - The living room is large, with a love seat that faces a fireplace and a larger-than-life statue of Wonder Woman. There's also a decent-size dining table next to the windows, with a view overlooking the rue Chateaudun. - The bedroom is separated from the living room by an archway (no doors), so in a way the apartment is a hybrid of a studio and a 1BR. - The bathroom is modern with a slightly cramped but serviceable shower. The shower's water temperature is preset by a thermostat, which protects against scalds. - The kitchen is bigger than some that we've had in Paris, with a large refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, a full oven, and a microwave oven above the fridge. There's also a very modern and efficient washing machine (for clothes, not dishes), and the landlord provides two drying racks for damp clothing. In addition, there's a glass breakfast bar with two chairs along one side of the kitchen, which is handy if you want extra counter space. Location: The apartment is on the rue Chateaudun, about half a block from the Church of Notre Dame de Lorette. The Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are within easy walking distance. So are countless bars and restaurants, both to the north (in the "SoPi" or South Pigalle hipster neighborhood), good opportunities for artisanal food shopping on the rue des Martyrs, and Korean/Asian restaurants as you head south toward the 2nd arrondissement. Bakeries: Several are in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Moisan, just around the corner facing the side of the Notre Dame de Lorette church. (Great bread and croissants, friendl staff.) Supermarkets: We walked to the big Monoprix store (near the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps), but if you don't need a big supermarket, you'll find branches of Franprix and Carrefour close by. Caveats: The bar/cafe downstairs and people on the street can be noisy at night, so bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. Otherwise, no complaints (although we did find that it took a long time to boil water in the pasta pot, maybe because the induction cooktop was too advanced for our 20th Century sensibilities). Salvatore is a great landlord, and his brother Francesco (who handled the check-in process) was helpful and kind. We'd happily stay in this apartment again.

Excellent host, awesome apartment, great location!

The apartment is a charming, comfortable unit within walking distance to all the hotspots of Paris. First, the host was very communicative, flexible with check-in and check-out time, and was thoughtful in that he made sure the apartment was stocked with some key items: coffee (Nespresso), milk, sugar, water, biscuits, crackers, European-to-US plug adapters, and a very clean bathroom. Secondly, the unit itself is very clean, very chic and comfortable to stay in. Lots of linens, towels, and other key amenities. Lastly, the location of this unit is within 5-8 minutes of the key hotspots of Paris. Its also 1 minute away from little supermarkets, stores and a restaurant next door for light breakfast. I can easily recommend this place to other Paris traveling couples and I would happily stay at this apartment the next time i travel to Paris!
