Extra große Endeinheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Balkon für Hauptschlafzimmer und Deckenventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher im Schrank und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Master-Bad wurde vor kurzem renoviert.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten mit einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank.
2 Badezimmer - eines in der Master Suite und eines im zweiten Schlafzimmer, mit zusätzlichem Zugang vom Flur zum zweiten Badezimmer.
Küchenbereich ist groß und wurde komplett mit neuen Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank renoviert. In der Küche befindet sich eine große Speichereinheit. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr (ca. 12+) sowie Besteck für 12 Personen. Es gibt viele Töpfe, Pfannen und Pfannen. Es gibt eine Frühstücksbar mit Platz für drei Personen.
Esszimmer hat Platz für sechs
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, ein Loveseat und einen kleinen Stuhl im Lazyboy-Stil mit Fußschemel. Ein 52 "-Flachbildfernseher.
Der Balkon verfügt über einen Terrassentisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen Liegestuhl.
Der kleine Balkon neben dem zweiten Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Plastikstühlen.
Die Besitzer sind jeden Winter hier, daher wird das Gerät nach Bedarf gewartet und aktualisiert.
Das Gerät befindet sich im ersten Stock, oben auf der Treppe, um die Benutzung des Aufzugs zu vermeiden.
Das Gerät hat einen privaten Parkplatz unter dem Gerät.

The condo is very comfortable (beds, furniture and air conditioning), in a gated condominium complex, with two pools and direct access to the beach. We enjoyed being on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about the elevator. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The views weren’t too bad either. The only thing I would maybe say is that the second bedroom needs to have another air vent added to it. The room wouldn’t ever cool off so we had to go buy a box fan. But that’s the only complaint I have, and that was a minor thing. We will definitely rent this place again!!!!

Nice property but....

This property was truly beautiful but unfortunately due to the spotty communication with the owner and the property management as well as unsecured payment options (this was the first property that I wasn't able to make payments thru VRBO. Instead you have to either mail a check [who actually still trusts USPS?!] or fax them your credit card info which could easily be used by anyone) I won't be booking with this property or anyone under their management again.

You get what you pay for!

This was the best priced Condo we could find for 4 adults and 4 kids. But like I said you get what you pay for. This condo stays very hot, the last night we were there the temperature was 82 degrees. I called the manager at 4:55pm when we finally made it back and she said they close at 5 and nothing could be done. It would have been nice to know that it's pointless to call management close to or after 5. The beds are so hard it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning. The sheets had hair in them and I stripped all of them to wash the first night. The only thing that made this condo worth it is the location!

I do wish that our staff had handled the AC issue differently but I am happy to report that the AC is now working perfectly. Always a strange thing to see a super negative review surrounded by positive reviews for a condo. We ask guests to report any cleaning issues but received zero from this guest. We even spoke to this guest a few times and never received word of cleaning issues. Better luck in future travels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time with this rental. The first floor level worked great for our family with young children. There were plenty of basics in the unit, though it would have been nice to have an additional tide pod to do laundry.The management company was unable to provide a crib to us despite the advertisement for this unit. Upon calling the Dunes office, they apparently haven't had cribs available for several years now. We ended up having to spend more money on buying a Pack N play which was an unexpected expense. The unit was also damaged upon arrival. There was a chunk of edge molding that had come off. My 1 year old baby of course found it and it could have been relatively dangerous for a baby to hold. The management company had called me the day we were coming in that they could repair it but couldn't before our stay. No image was provided of what it looked like so I had no clue what to expect re: the damaged molding.We also had a 5/6 p.m. flight out on our last day and checkout is at 10 a.m. We felt rushed to leave and had nowhere to go for several hours despite wanting our family to have plenty of quality time at the beach. I had requested a late check out but it took the management company 2-3 days on average to return an email which was pretty frustrating.Overall, I feel that communication could be improved and the listing should be updated to not advertise crib availability as that is something we really could have used but instead had to buy.

We are so glad to hear that you had a great time at this condo! After looking over your information it does appear that you emailed our office prior to your arrival asking about a Pack N Play and we sent you a return email 5 days before your check in with information for a company that you could contact to rent one during your stay. I'm sorry to hear that you contacted the resort instead of reaching out to us so that we could go over that information with you again. I'm also seeing that you requested your late check out your second to last day in the condo and that we responded to you the next day that we were unable to meet your request because the guest coming in after you had already requested an early check in, otherwise we would have gladly allowed you the late check out. In the future I would suggest that if you know you have a later flight to try to make arrangements ahead of time to try to avoid that rushed feeling, as late check out is not a guarantee. We would also been happy to come address the damage done by the previous guest during your stay, however you informed our office that you wanted the repair to be done after your stay. We understand that after seeing the damage you may have had a change of heart, but you never contacted our office to request that we come to fix the molding. We agree that communication is so important and do our best to meet every request we are given, we wish you luck in your future travels.
