Wonderful guests. The A. C. Broke down, needed a switch. A ceiling fan crapped out. Fixed them both the same day, but they were very easy to deal with! Wonderful people to have! Never worried about them for the entire stay!

Petrina and Mick were awesome, super nice folks. Took PERFECT care of everything, and left the House immaculate shape. I hope they come back again sometime! I HIGHLY recommend them to any VRBO owner! You will have total piece of mind having them in your home! Thanks Guys! Come see us again!!!

I hate to even respond to these lies, but feel I have to. I had many invalid issues this guy fabricated throughout the stay. I went OVERBOARD trying to please him which was totally impossible, but I tried everything humanly possible. The carpets were shampooed the day before arrival, the entire house was professionally cleaned the day before, all linens, towels, etc freshly washed and neatly put up. On their arrival, I did a complete and thorough walk thru the house them for their approval, as I do with everyone. Every room, the bathrooms, the kitchen, EVERYTHING!! On arrival in a beater van, Canadian plates, full of junk, his body order was so offensive, I actually considered not letting them stay at that point, but I tried to be understanding. It seemed they had been living in the van for days. Probably got thrown out of wherever they were previously. Against my rules I allowed a CAT, which I normally don't allow, based on it being house and litter box trained, and kept inside do to the Deed Restrictions. I got a nasty call from a neighbor saying he was letting the cat run loose in the greenbelt, and was attracting Feral Cats into their yard. There was Black Cat hair all over everything when I got the house back. They had not vacuumed up at all after the cat. They moved the furniture all around, and all of our nice nic nacs and decorations were on the floor in a closet. The list goes on. I paid my maintenance man 250.00 to attempt to appease this guy on his bogus issues. The washer was fine, the dryer was fine, the thermostat was fine, all operator error, the refrigerator was fine, the bathrooms were fine, but he checked all the complaints and did what he could just to try to appease him. I'm sure he was looking for me give him a monetary kick back. He would not allow me in the house after all that to check anything, but I respected that too. Just way too many strange things with these people, and that review is UNFAIR, and Totally BOGUS! Please read the honest reviews from past years! Thanks, Dan
