VILLA LUIGI - SAPRI AREA

With a view over the Golfo di Policastro and close to the National Parc del Cilento, Villa Luigi is a three storey modern style villa with private pool for 10/14 people. The area has lots to offer with La Certosa di Padula (50km), the archeologic site of Paestum with its temple (80km), Maratea e La Satua del Cristo Redentore (30km), Scario and Sapri and the National Parc del Cilento, a UNESCO World Heritage site with coastal areas, mountains and ruins.

Villa Luigi is divided into three apartments on three levels and they are connected through external staircase.

Ground floor: Open plan living area with sofas, a fireplace, TV and coffee table leading onto a dining room with table and chairs and the kitchen. The room gives access to a terrace area through French doors. The kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a kitchen hood.

On this level there are four bedrooms: one master suite (double bed) with whirlpool bathtub. This room has access to the terrace with great views over the sea. The second room has a double bed with outside bathroom (shower). Third room has a single bed with en-suite shower unit. Fourth bedroom is a triple room and on the mezzanine level there are two extra single couches.

First floor consists of an open plan living area, with two single couches (suitable for children) and a fitted kitchen. There is one double room with private mosaic tiles bathroom and a jacuzzi bath.

From the first floor there is an outside patio area with outdoor dining table and an external staircase leading to the swimming pool area and garden.

On the second floor you will find a double room with shower room and an eating area and access to the balcony with great sea views.

The exterior area has a driveway leading to the villa and parking facility, a private swimming pool with diving board (250m2 and depth from 1m to 3.5m) and external shower. There are sun loungers, a terrace area with BBQ, garden furniture with rattan seats.

Underneath the pool there is an annex where the caretaker lives and will be at your disposal in case of any questions during your stay. You will still have sole use of the pool and garden area. If possible please use the main kitchen downstairs for preparing family meals.
