Gemütliches Cottage auf Fox Hill Plantation außerhalb von Milledgeville Ga

Dieses alte Mietshaus befindet sich 11 km vom Georgia College und der State University sowie dem Georgia Military College und 16 km vom Lake Sinclair entfernt. Es ist Teil der Fox Hill Plantation, zu der 3.000 Hektar gehörten. Das Hauptsommerplantagenhaus wurde um 1873 während des Wiederaufbaus erbaut. Dieses Haus wurde im Jahr 2011 von einem Bauernhof 14 Meilen entfernt bewegt. Wir haben es umgebaut und modernisiert und dabei die ursprüngliche warme Atmosphäre beibehalten. Es liegt 100 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt und ist leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Pantryküche mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit elektrischen Kaminen sorgen für zusätzliche Atmosphäre. Die große Dusche und das Designer-Waschbecken ergänzen die Ausstattung. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer neben dem Küchenbereich mit Fernseher und DVD-Player sowie einen Tisch zum Essen und Spielen sowie zum Entspannen und Reden. . Ein beliebtes Merkmal ist die Veranda, die an den meisten Tagen eine Brise hat, und ein Blick auf das Haupthaus, die Weiden und den Wald mit vielen gut gepflegten Wegen, um auf sanften Hügeln zu laufen. Viele Parkplätze auf einer großen Weide für Bootsanhänger.

What a charming and peaceful place to stay! We attended my daughter’s college graduation and found this cute cottage that was so reasonably priced. The hosts communicated so well and the check in process was so easy! The personal touches and the decor made it feel like home. After a long day at graduation we were able to come back, sit on the porch and relax in the quiet. We will definitely be coming back to the cottage! If you are looking for somewhere quiet that is very close to GCSU, go check out this cottage. You won’t be disappointed

I already am looking for another weekend to come back and enjoy this cottage. The Fish Cottage and hosts David and Autumn are 5 stars!! I felt like I was in an episode of Little house on the Prairie. So clean, perfectly stocked with Everything and more ! The rainfall shower was exquisite. The decor and rustic charm is beyond what any of the pictures portrayed. Thank you for opening your cottage to my son and I. We will be back !!

This cottage was nice and quiet. Great location to get away but also close enough to restaurants if you wanted to go out. I enjoyed the privacy. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

A magical cabin where we were instantly able to relax. The inside felt much larger than than the outside suggested. Beds were nice and comfortable with a shower that's next level. We come to this area for an event every year. Will definitely be booking this going forward.

Very private and quiet, comfortable beds, lovely shower. Only a few minutes from historic Milledgeville. So wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the silence at night. House is a restored post bellum tenant farmer house. Much of the original wood and interior construction technique is still visible.
