Dieses geräumige, zweistöckige Stadthaus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bäder und einen Loft-Bereich mit 1900 Quadratmetern luxuriöser Wohnfläche.
Dieses gut ausgestattete Stadthaus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Kingsize-Bett, einen Schrank mit Spiegel, eine Kommode, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Deckenventilator und ein eigenes Hauptbad mit Blick auf das 13. Loch des Norman-Platzes. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock mit Vollbad auf dem Flur. Das erste Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, Deckenventilator, Flachbildfernseher, begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Kommode mit viel Stauraum. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Deckenventilator und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Wenn Sie nach etwas Zeit suchen, ist der Loft-Bereich ein entspannender Ort, um an Ihrem Computer zu arbeiten oder sich zurückzulehnen und ein Buch zu lesen, sowie ein ruhiger Raum mit Tagesbett zum Lesen oder Entspannen.

Spacious townhome close to golf and beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom townhome is perfect for several adult pairs with a king bed in one, two queens in another, as well as a queen in the third. The enclosed porch in the back provided a nice respite at any time of the day. Golf, the beach, shopping, excellent restaurants, and various types of entertainment are just a few minutes away. The rental was very clean, furnished nicely, and stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans for meals. It is also stocked with books to read if you forget yours and a variety of games that appeal to all ages.

Thanksgiving Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Townhouse was neat, clean, well located and just what we needed for a larger family gathering and we rented several townhouses. Furniture in good condition, the bed in master could use an upgrade as it was not very comfortable. I will say renting this unit had more hoops to jump through as a secondary management company works in addition to VRBO. A secondary contract requiring paperwork to be completed and returned with signatures vs typical online contracts. Be aware that they also DID NOT disclose all fees up front. Once contract was completed signed and returned, with a non refundable $200 disclosure, they added the $175 cleaning fee after the fact in the final payment paperwork - without pointing out the difference. And then stated all units have cleaning fees. While that is understood I assumed it was absorbed in the list of other fees as ALL OTHER RENTALS have those fees listed up front. We chose this unit because of all in cost which was misstated. I would communicate BEFORE booking this property and get something in writing as to the TOTAL cost prior to booking. As they did not stand by the first contract I signed and returned.

2021 Getaway

This townhouse was great for my family. The rooms were spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and we were only a few steps away from the neighborhood pool. My wife and kids all want me to rent this unit again on our next trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Looks can be deceiving

On a positive note, the unit was in a nice area and close to a lot of things but The day after we arrived, they had an AC repair team in the place for 4 hours so we were hot that morning/afternoon until they fixed the unit. I wasn’t unhappy so much that it had to be fixed but the fact that no one told us that before not until early that same morning. When I explained that, the property manager thought that was a tall order to ask and debated about the fact that they had just found out. However, I explained that they knew prior to me getting there that it had to be fixed and could have given us a courtesy call about it because they had to order the part and it had just come in, and knew it needed to be fixed well before we arrived. Because we didn’t want them to be in the unit unattended, we lost our Friday morning to that being repaired. We also thought based off the pictures that the twin bed/ bedroom was available and they had that door locked off. When I explained that we needed the room, I was promised an extra bed that was never brought over. We made it work with the couch and King bed. The last day while we were loading up, we saw a huge garter snake in the front yard, near the tree that had a nest or burrowed in the ground near the front tree. It was so unnerving loading things in the car at that point especially being terrified of snakes. The hefty cleaning fee they charge each tenant should have meant the unit wasn’t dirty. The floors were dirty and had spilled stickiness on the floors which we wiped up as best as we could and the floors in the bathroom and near the toilets were dirty. Like I said nice area, overall nice unit but definitely not ALL they hyped it up to be for the cost, looks were deceiving.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some early issues with the rental, but Rich was really fast in addressing the problems. A/C could use some work as we couldnt get it below 78 degrees but we managed. Great location,very, VERY quiet which is why i reference a "senior center". Highly recommend Myrtle Palms and will use them again in the future.

Nice Home But Needs some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at Tanglewood 1415. It could have been a bit cleaner. Some dead bugs in bedrooms and closets, and very dusty. I don't think anybody had stayed there for awhile and we came in right after Hurricane Michael. The photos and descriptions don't match the look of the home at this time and should be updated. There was no tv and no clock in the room with the two queen beds. More lamps are needed in the bedrooms, and the living area. The bi-fold doors to the laundry area were bent and off track and would not close which made it very noisy when doing laundry. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.
