Bietet kostenlosen Zugang zu WLAN und Kabelfernsehen, da wir wissen, dass Sie einige der Freuden von zu Hause aus benötigen. Dieses Haus verfügt über 2 Küchen, darunter: Kühlschränke, Backofen / Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschinen, Mixer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser usw. The house was clean, the view was ok but the 55 stairs down to the water was an impossible challenge for us. The tv didnt work very well until the last day when a lady came and rebutted it and then it was better. The sliding glass door would not lock going onto the patio until we found a stick that we could put in it so no one could open the door. The house is rather old but clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pictures are rather deceptive as we could see highway 39 from the family room windows and could hear the traffic.

Hello Millie! The stairs to get down to the river are pictured multiple times in the listing as well as verbiage in the listing stating there are stairs down to the river. This house is definitely not the right choice if you cant do stairs. When you contacted us on your third day regarding the TV we sent someone immediately to assist in rebooting the router. If we had been contacted sooner we could have helped at that time. Also it is stated in the listing that this home is less than a mile from HWY i35. We apologize your stay fell short of expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. - Thanks NBE

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard right on the water that has lots of picnic areas. The house is very clean and was a great size for our large group. I love the area- close to lots of things to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Texas Eclipse

We stayed here while in Texas to see the eclipse. Good location with easy access to interstate to travel to San Antonio or Austin. We had a group of 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great view of river too.

Outdoor furniture wasn't clean and deck railing was a bit unsteady. we had issue with toilet leaking into downstairs bathroom, management team was very responsive and had plumber out within 30 mins to fix issue.

Incredibly close to the city, and on the river too!

Loved the variety of spaces! Sprawling decks overlooking the river. Meandering common areas which accommodate the varied interests, and separate conversations, of a large group. The upstairs master bedroom is huge! Check-in was a cinch, as was check-out.

Perfect for our big families

Such an easy check in process! This property was perfect for our big families to all stay together while having plenty of our own space. We were very nervous for our stay as we are very “picky”individuals but we 10/10 would recommend this property! Incredible views with easy access to swim in the Guadalupe river and big deck to sit near water! We enjoyed every bit of the water activities provided and surrounding! It was very convenient to float the comal river as well. Would definitely book again for our next trip!

Celibrated our 50th Wedfing Anniversary

We loved your home. Thank you! We had a wonderful time with our children and grand children and great grand children. We did some swimming, kayaking, game playing, grilling and cooking. We used the back deck that overlooks the river for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration where we repeated our vows in front of our gamily.

Great time for our girls weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend at this property! The location was ideal—close to everything and easy to get around. The house was a perfect size for our group, and being right on the river made for beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.A few things to note: the futons weren’t very comfortable and offered little support, and the home could use a bit more detailed cleaning and minor cosmetic updates. The dishwasher was okay, but some dishes needed rewashing. The kayaks were a fun bonus, though they were quite worn and losing buoyancy.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. It’s a lovely spot with a lot of potential

We decided to take him to Wurfest and this house was perfect to start a new tradition! We will be coming back to this great find!
