hervorragende villa mit provenzalischem charakter nach süden ausgerichtet von ca. 250m2 ideal verteilt, um unabhängige wohnräume zu haben. Es befindet sich auf einem 2200 m2 großen Grundstück mit einem Garten mit Zitronenbäumen, Lavendel, Bougainvillea und Palmen. Am unteren Rand der Villa befindet sich ein Wäldchen (für Mieter geschlossen). Die Villa bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Rundumblick auf das Dorf und den Baou sowie auf das Tal von St. Paul de Vence und das Mittelmeer (Nizza, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes und das Esterel). Es verfügt über einen neuen Mosaikpool (12 x 4 m) mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und Gegenstrom für ein sportliches Schwimmen. Der Pool verfügt über eine Wärmepumpe, die von Ende März bis Juni sowie von September bis November zum Erhitzen des Wassers in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Neuer Strand mit einer Teakholz-Solardusche, Gartenmöbeln und Liegestühlen.

We used the home as a base to visit Nice, Monaco, and some of the smaller towns. You will need a car to get around. Highly recommend La Forge restaurant in Carros.

Spectacular villa in a beautiful village called St Jeannet. Views of an ancient town on terraced plots with Nice and Cannes in the distance. 10 min walk to the village which has nice bars and restaurants. All in all a 5 star experience reminiscent of the Hollywood Hills.

Great location, lovely gardens, amazing pool area with views that are amazing…… but let down by the internals of the villa itself. The internals are tired and need a little investment in redecoration to freshen the place. There are no curtains on the windows and not all the shutters are either accessible or work. A number of the mosquito netting over the windows either do not work or have serious holes in them. Also there is only 1 full on suite bathroom as 3 of the others have no toilet but have a shower and a bidet??. But location is ace and parking is on side and secure. We were 2 adult couples and still enjoyed our stay…..but will not return as expected better from what we read. The little town of St Jeannette is very pretty….. but down the hill there is a fab bakery and rotisserie…..and supermarket

Excellent villa with beautiful view

We had wonderful week with three generations in this spacious, clean, stylish and very cozy and peaceful villa. View to the sea and Saint Jeannet was beautiful. Pool, air-conditioning, kitchen - everything worked fine. Only thing that should be renewd are frying pans and pots. They were almost unusable. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Family holiday

Wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Fabulous views of the mountains around. The pool was a great success, clean, lovely sunbeds & towels provided. Plenty of space inside the villa, bedrooms comfortable, showers powerful & kitchen fridge & freezer large. A couple of niggles- No basics in kitchen so be prepared to buy oil, there was tiny amount of washing up liquid & 2 bin bags but for luxury villa I expected more. The salt pot was also empty. However, there were 3 bottles of the local wine which was lovely. Very little instructions in the villa on how things worked - outside lights, oven, microwave or about the local area but the housekeeping staff are on WhatsApp and were very helpful. Overall it was a fabulous villa & definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property, incredible views Pool and outside eating areas excellent House was great for six adults 2700 sq ftRoom for another couple as it has 4 bedrooms ** There were a few negatives The property manager did not meet with us to review the house, the cleaning lady was there when we arrived and handed over the keys to us, we were given house instructions over the phone by Christel. We had to follow up on house keeping, (Bedding and Towels) as the contract indicated it was to be done every Saturday, it was eventually taken care of after 3 or Whats App text.Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dish soap etc Unless the previous renters have left any of the above, as we did for the next group.After saying the above we really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, I would give it a thumbs up

Lovely stay, perfect house for family holiday

We had a great time staying at the villa. The heated pool was fantastic for our 9month old baby, the house had a travel cot and baby bath. The sun loungers by the pool were great and the villa had a bbq. Few mins drive to a decent size supermarket or you can walk to a smaller shop & bakery. House is lovely and spacious with lots of zones so families can relax and spread out. All bedrooms have aircon, only one has a toilet. But they all have showers in. My only feedback would be the pillows could be better, only 1 per person and very thin they don't do much! 1 family advised there bed was very hard and squeaked at the smallest of movement through the night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, we had plenty of space as we were a group of eight adults, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the walk to the village to for bread/dinner/drinks is so easy, the areas that really need to be looked at are the beds/pillows, one of the beds makes a lot creaking noise and slopes from the sides into the middle of the bed, the smaller bedroom had nothing in there except the beds, nowhere to put your clothes? The pillows are so thin it was as if they were none existent, not great for a good nights sleep we all suffered, used rolled up duvets as a bolster/pillow. We would love to return but only if the few issues mentioned were rectified. Only the master bedroom has a toilet en-suite the others are outside the bedrooms.

Villa Magnifique

We spent an absolutely wonderful week here at the Villa. The beauty of the home is even greater than the pictures show. When sitting outside either by the pool or the gracious, huge terrace above, the views are simply breathtaking. For any film buffs, you will appreciate the same views of St. Jeannet as Cary Grant's villa from 'To Catch a Thief.' The pool is heavenly and sitting under the large parasols on the lounge chairs is incredibly luxurious, private and relaxing. One could stay there all day and feel utterly relaxed. The inside space is equally spectacular. The living room has a double height ceiling and large couches for lounging with large doors that lead to the terrace outside. All the bedrooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are contemporary, clean and spacious. The kitchen is perfectly laid out and has every item one would need to cook wonderful meals and the barbecue and pizza oven outside are great as well. The house is surrounded by fantastic foliage and lavender and the atmosphere is totally serene. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and hope to do so again in the near future.

Rugby World Cup Visit

Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need. The outside again is very well equipped with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for us all, a BBQ, a table tennis table and even an ice maker! We ate outdoors for all of our stay on the terrace. The pool is sparkling and warm, enhanced by the spectacular views down to the coast. From the villa description we presumed all the bedrooms were ensuite, but only one has a toilet. On the first floor two couples had to share a toilet situated on the landing, and the bedroom on the entrance floor again had a separate toilet on that landing. To avoid confusion maybe the description of the rooms and bathrooms should be changed on the website to reflect this. The bed in one of the double rooms may need replacing as it is very noisy and creaky! Some of the mosquito blinds also had holes in them and need renewing. All four bedrooms had aircon. Many thanks to Christel and Babeth, our contact. Communication and instructions were excellent via WhatsApp. All requests were dealt with swiftly. A wonderful holiday to see the RWC matches in Nice. We would certainly use this villa again.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Traumhafter Blick , toller Pool, alles erforderliche da ohne überladen zu sein. Gute Betten, jede Version an Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden (Pads/Filter/Cafetiera) , Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen. Hammer Aussicht

Der Außenbereich und der Pool sind Super, die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Allein der Ausblick war die Reise wert. Einziger Nachteil, die Bäder haben teilweise keine Toilette, diese sind auf dem Fluren.

Traumhaftes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Dorf ist fussläufig ( 10 Minuten ) erreichbar. Die Küchenausstattung hat leichte Gebrauchsspuren, ebenso die Mückengitter. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen.

The villa is perfect for a romantic 'escapade' or a family vacations, it consists of a spacious living room with fireplace. In total there are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms all of which have been renovated, a new custom built kitchen incorporating lots of storage and there is also a double garage. The outdoor barbeque and pizza oven afford you an opportunity to cook the local produce and at the same time to enjoy the panoramic view. The villa has a new large swimming pool (12 x 4) lined with luminous mosaic, surrounded by a tiled beach area with a sun-heated teak shower and teak sun-beds.
