Ferienhaus mit 100 Fuß von privaten Seeufer - Great Fall Getaway!

Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich an der Ostseite des Schwanensees und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den See sowie 30 m Seegrenze. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Queen-Size-Betten, geräumige Zeder Schränke. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert, um ein aktualisiertes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche und einem großzügigen Stauraum für Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Badutensilien zu bieten. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Seeblick, einen gemütlichen Propankamin, einen 42-Zoll-LCD-TV, einen DVD-Player und WLAN. Die Mudroom / Eingang hat eine eingebaute Waschmaschine und Trockner, so dass Urlauber leicht packen können. Die Pantryküche mit Blick auf den See ist komplett ausgestattet und der angrenzende Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Koch- und Essgeschirr sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Draußen gibt es eine Terrasse mit Rasenmöbeln und Gasgrill, und die private Seeseite ist über Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt eine kleine Anlegestelle und Kajaks können auf eigenes Risiko ausgeliehen werden.

Gemütliches Haus am See

Das niedliche Haus mit direktem Seezugang hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr cool ist, dass das Haus über drei Kanus inkl. Schwimmwesten verfügt. Die Dusche ist für US Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich gut. Wir hätten uns im geräumigen Schlafzimmer ein breiteres Bett gewünscht. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den See, bequemen Sesseln und dem Gaskamin lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Peaceful and relaxing central location

It is a great location!. We ventured out a couple hours in all directions and covered all of our "must sees". The location is quiet, peaceful and clean. The hosts are wonderful. I highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

Four of us stayed for a few nights in mid-September. The house is wonderful - exactly as described and pictured, very clean and has plenty of space. The outdoor area is well kept with plenty of parking, seating and a great view. We were lucky with the weather, for September, so we were able to go swimming in the lake and use the provided kayaks, which were great fun! One of the three kayaks is a double, and there were four life jackets, so all four of us were able to get out on the lake at the same time! We also saw a couple of beautiful sunsets across the lake. Julie was a fantastic host - excellent communication, easy-to-follow instructions and it was great to meet her briefly when she stopped by. I would definitely recommend this lake house.

Very relaxing environment

The perfect Maine lake house!

If you’re thinking about renting this house do it!! The house was amazing!! The views from the windows of the lake are breathtaking. The house was spotless. Communication with the owner was awesome. Watching the sunsets sitting by the lake were unforgettable. The house is the perfect location for doing some day trips. And it’s the perfect size for 4 adults. If we ever stay in this area again we will definitely rent this house again. Thank you Julie for a perfect week in Maine!!

Peaceful home on beautiful lake

Our vacation this week was perfect! The home is impeccable with great attention to detail. The lake was beautiful, with very clean water for swimming and kayaking. The property offers a beautiful sunset view and is perfectly situated for relaxation and easy day trips to nearby Belfast and Camden. The owners thought of everything in the renovation. A Slice of Maine Heaven

A home with a 10/10 rating seemed too good to be true, but my goodness does this place deliver. An immaculate location on a pristine and serene lake provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Being close to vibrant shoreline communities and Acadia NP, we didn't "relax" as much as we originally planned, but the days we did were just what the doctor ordered. The house was spotless on arrival and the kitchen was more than well equipped enough for several homemade meals. We didn't feel the need to use much internet while here, but it was plenty speedy and reliable for our needs. Finally, Julie was a wonderful host and made us feel welcomed and provided for. We sincerely hope to stay here again and highly recommend you do the same.

Perfect setting!

My wife and I have been staying on Maine lakes for the past 20 plus years, this rental was the nicest we've ever stayed at! Julie was a fantastic host and responded immediately to any questions we had. The property is immaculate, The Yard, views of the lake and the sunsets were spectacular. We brought our boat, The docking accommodations were great as was the fishing! We will definitely return.

Nice Home with a Beautiful View

Nice clean home with all the amenities. The lake view was beautiful and the area so quiet. Close to Belfast which turned out to be a nice town to walk about. Bar Harbour and Bangor were less than an hour so day trips were easy. Recommend this home if you want to relax and get away but still sightsee.

Quiet lakeside house

We stayed at this property during somewhat of an off-season, and therefore it was too chilly to take advantage of lake and water activities. If it had been the height of the summer, we may have been disappointed by not having a deck or water side door. There is a nice cement patio with outdoor table and chairs that somewhat makes up for this. While this is directly on the lake, there is no sandy beach to lounge on. There is a small stony area where beach chairs could be placed. We wore water socks to get over the rocks into the water. We noticed that there was plenty of storage for families who might have to travel with more belongings than we did. The house is very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals.

Perfect Lakefront Retreat

A beautifil lakefront cottage which was absolutely perfect for our Maine getaway. Spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for four adults. Nice linens, bath & beach towels. Well equipped kitchen. Great space for outdoor dining, kayaks to use on the lake. Even in mid-September the lake water was warm enough for swimming. Great location for exploring Belfast/Camden/Rockport/ Rockland and Acadia. We are already talking about a return visit.

Perfect Lake House Experience!

The beautifully maintained home was perfect for our family vacation. The cedar closets, comfortable beds and great views of the sunsets were incredible. We have been staying on Swan Lake for over 20 years and this is our favorite. Nothing is better than listening to the Loons on the lake.

Maine Lake Vacation

Property was exceptionally maintained and clean. House was set up perfectly for our party of four. Kitchen was well stocked. Swan lake is crystal clear and many fish were caught from our kayaks. We brought our own kayaks but there were three provided that were in great condition. Photos do not do justice to the lake and the great sunsets from dock. Plenty of outdoor areas to sit and relax to enjoy lake. You also have wonderful views of water from living room.

Relaxing by the lake

We totally enjoyed our relaxing week by Swan Lake . Watching the loons and drinking coffee while the sun came up . Beautiful sunsets in the evening hours . Our host provided us with everything we needed . The place was like brand new clean . Definitely worth the stay . We plan on coming back soon . Short day trips to Belfast, Arcadia National Park and Bar Harbor along with endless coastal treasures . Great way to get the true feel of Maine . Not to mention eat lobster every day . Can’t get any better .

Julie’s home is wonderful and cozy. The lake is gorgeous and crystal clear. I loved the various seating areas in the back yard, and wish I had made time to use the kayaks that are available. Highly recommend this rental, and owner. Can’t wait to return!

I love Maine, especially in the summertime and have owned property on the lake for over 40 years. As a child, I couldn't wait for summer, to spend the summer at Swan Lake, with my family. Swan Lake is a great location for water activities and I especially enjoy watching for eagles, loons and the sunsets are just gorgeous!

This comfortable 4 season home is equipped to make your time at the lake a relaxing get away, whether you spend time outside on the lawn or patio, on the shore closer to the water, paddling a kayak, or inside enjoying the view of the lake. There is a grocery store and gas station less than two miles away, so you will be able to easily shop for groceries.
