Staying at the Heart Rock House was sensational. There were three of us, and we had plenty of room. Jason was always prompt in responding, and making sure we were happy. The property was very clean, and comfortable. Being close to Belfast, and other towns made getting to venues and restaurants easy.

Very up to date and clean home. Everything was in working order, and most importantly, my son with mold allergies had zero issues with this home (which might be a first for us, and we travel/rent through VRBO several times a year all over the country). Open, sunny, well appointed and felt very comfortable. Great water pressure, great water quality, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer worked well, heat worked well, beds were very comfortable. Literally zero drawbacks.

Great stay, well-equipped house. We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had all the necessities. Heating was also really nice with the room-by-room temp control. Beds were comfy, and good places for sitting around the house. Location was very convenient for visiting with my family in Belfast. Quick/easy communication with owner was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for grandparents, parents, AND kiddos. Everything is all on one level, plenty of space for everyone. The house is bright and clean, with easy walkable access to a lovely quiet beach. Jason was extremely communicative and available. Would certainly stay again!

All three generations of our family who stayed at the Heart Rock House had a fabulous time. We loved the house and the beach. The house had everything we needed and it was incredible to have a beach mostly to ourselves each day! We loved looking for sea glass, exploring the tide pools, paddle boarding (we brought ours), and swimming. We also loved watching all the various birds including osprey, hawks, eagles, loons and more. Ending the day with dinner from the grill and then a fire with smores, was perfect.

Wonderful location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great for exploring the area and for enjoying a peaceful walk on the beach. The home is very nice and very comfortable. Jason was wonderful and made sure that everything was taken care of so the we would have a great experience. I would highly recommend a stay here and would stay again if in the area.

This was an outstanding property. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail. The bathrooms were modern and efficient and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen was superbly equipped. We enjoyed the peace and quiet walking along the private beach at the end of the garden and enjoyed visiting some of the pretty towns in the local vicinity. A terrific rental and extremely helpful hosts.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

We had a great stay in this lovely home. We stayed for our daughters wedding at Moose Point State park, and the location was so convenient, just a couple minutes and we were there! The big windows let in so mush light gave us a lovely view of the gardens wildflowers

This house was perfectly located, clean, and well appointed. I was so comfortable there and loved the extra blankets, coffee left for me, and the water pressure in the shower! The neighborhood was quiet and there is a short path down to the huge beautiful private beach where I watched the sunset. Loved it, will be back.

Everything was exactly as said and better! Beach was a quick walk and private. Having so much supplied for our stay made it much easier and less stressful when we packed the car. Stunning Cottage

My wife and I stayed here three nights and were blown away by the beauty and attention to details of the place. Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well thought out. The host was friendly and welcoming and the check in process was very easy. The beds were comfortable—as was everything else, and the beach, which was just a short walk away, was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I told the host it was one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in.

Nice to meet you! We’re the Miller family - Chrissy, Jason, Makaria & Calla. Growing up, Jason and I admired from afar those special Maine spots that provided a respite from the hustle & bustle of daily life - “upta camp” getaways where folks gathered for family fun. It’s long been our dream to acquire a home near the ocean, but with Maine’s sought-after coastline, we wondered if that dream could become a reality. In November of 2020, this darling Searsport ranch presented itself to us as an opportunity to make a move on bringing our vision to fruition. Built in 1980 and without updates since its inception, these digs needed some TLC, but the idea of a cozy, colorful cottage was easy to imagine, and it was love at first sight. After seeing the house for the first time, we all took a walk down to the beach and moments after doing so, what did we find? A heart-shaped rock - something our family spends countless hours doing whenever we find our feet in the sand. Like a nod from the cosmos, this was confirmation that we were in the right place! Since that day, we’ve poured our love into this home, refreshing, revamping & restoring every detail. The end result is a modern, fully-equipped happy house that serves as a beautiful backdrop for making memories. We hope you enjoy your stay at the Heart Rock House - it means so much to us to have this peaceful place for our family and yours!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath picturesque property sits on .46 acres and is steps away from our beloved neighborhood beach. With 1,564 square feet this single-level home is packed with perks! All who visit will stay comfortably cool (or warm) thanks to newly installed Mitsubishi Mini Split/Heat Pumps, positioned in each bedroom and in the living room, all functioning independently of one another for maximum efficiency and independent temperature control. A new 65 gallon Heat Pump Hot Water Heater offers plenty of hot water - paired with excellent water pressure - for showers and the like. 3 Smart TVs, high-speed internet and designated workstations in each bedroom make relaxing and remote work (if you must!) a breeze. This home is supplied by public water and is safe for drinking. Additional fresh upgrades include new windows, siding, roof, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, insulation, electrical and plumbing. The epitome of modern convenience & abundant amenities - this happy house is ready to host your MidCoast Maine holiday!
