Great Get-Away

We really enjoyed our stay as Saint Augustine! The condo was very clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed being able to drive right on the beautiful beach and eating at many local restaurants.

Great location!

Condo was very spacious and well stocked with all you need. We loved the area, and the pools. The walk to the beach is easy. This condo was perfect for pets- first floor with direct access to the grassy area. Beds were very comfortable! Condo was clean with plenty of extra towels and pillows. The drive to at Augustine is close and easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Good place to stay

Clean and efficient condo. The parking lot is just next to the condo easy load in and load out for a two family and dog group. We used the condo as a “home base” while visiting elderly parents near by. Served us well, for a short stay, Patty was easy to get in touch with, no issues. Thank you!

Great Rental

We loved the property. Everything was clean, owners very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only downside is walking down to the beach is like going through a maze. However don't let that stop you from renting.

Awesome!!!

My husband and I took my daughter and her family ( total 6 people) and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was more than big enough for all of us and sleeping arrangements were perfect and I love that it has two king beds. The neighborhood was safe and we had covered parking of all things. A short walk to the beach through the complex and pools was a plus. Patty was so accommodating and friendly. Such a sweet lady. We had such a good time we plan to return. Awesome vacation!

Vacation

Just two problems. One they were pressure washing the building and parking lot very noisy and had to park. Two could have been a little cleaner. Pool was nice and condo was very nice.

Unit 101 of Villas of Ocean Gate is a great place to stay

The unit is nicely furnished and generally very clean. We especially loved the leather recliners in the living area. Everything was very clean except some of the dishes and a few pots and pans. Unfortunately, that made me want to hand wash everything we used. Luckily, it wasn’t that much. The walk to the beach is a little long, but that is reflected in the very affordable rent. The walk is charmingly pleasant with the lagoon area and boardwalks. If we are ever in St Augustine again, I’d be happy to stay in this condo. I would just bring paper plates and cups.

Thank you for your comments. I'm very sorry for the dishes, unfortunately other guest put them away and there is no way my staff can take every dish out and clean every time it is cleaned. We do a deep clean once a year and all is done. I'm so glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo and do hope you will return. Patty

Quiet Condo community

As the listing notes, the Condo is near A1A and there is some road noise, most obvious at rush hour, but it's minimal between 10pm and 6am. Otherwise both the condo and community are very quiet and the beach was not crowded most of the week. The pool is seconds away and it's about a 12 min walk through the community to the beach. It's a short driving distance to shopping and restaurants and we walked up the beach to a public access point to go to the Aussie coffee house It's a beautiful stretch of beach with deep dunes; other nearby beaches have a lot of dune erosion. The condo is stocked with numerous beach towels, several beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a few sand toys. It was generally clean with the exception of some dusty spots on the furniture and the bath towels are a bit dingy from age. My elderly mother who uses a walker and wheel chair was with us and it was very easy for her to enter the condo given it's location in the building. Overall it's a great condo.

Great communication

Excellent host and property. Very comfortable condo. The walk to the beach isn’t short but once their it is worth it as it is not an over crowded area. The pool is half a stones throw from the condo.

Family vacation with the in laws from Germany

Wow what an awesome stay! Had a issue with figuring out the tv. I called Harry and he showed up in minutes. He was so nice and showed me how to work the tv. Just a great overall experience and would highly recommend them!

Perfect Extended Stay unit

If you're in need of a spacious condo for an extended stay with your loved ones and pet, this is the perfect unit. Although not right on the beach, it is just a short walk to the water. This unit provides the best set up for your family pet to walk out of the lanai and enjoy some protected space. The covered parking is a plus. Proximity to beach restaurants and shopping is spot on.

Very Comfortable and roomy!

Patty was wonderful to work with and everything was as expected. While it is a bit of a walk to the beach, the pool is super close. Loved the privacy of the back porch. Easy parking for unloading / loading!

Nice place to stay.

This is a nice condo to stay in. Patty is so kind and so nice to work with. Although, It did take me by surprise that the towels and sheets needed to be washed.

Nice Vacaton Home

Great location, very nice condo unit. Our only concern was the overall cleanliness of the unit and we went to grill steaks and the barbecue grill at the pool was out of propane.. Pool was full of sand.
