A great apartment, beautifully furnished, enough space, you can find everything you need, great location and an exceptionally courteous and friendly service, almost family-like. Great.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious, had a beautiful and large terrace and was perfectly located to start all our activities (a stone's throw from La Rambla). All three bedrooms had windows and the master bedroom had two large French doors to the street which was lively but not noisy. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a super large window overlooking the lovely terrace. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights and didn't get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Two bathrooms were spacious and had both a shower and a bath and two sinks each (one was en suite to the master bed room). The third was more or less a guest toilet. It was a great mix of typical Barcelona flair and some new/modern elements (bathroom etc). The host had someone close to the apartment who let us in, explained everything, gave us a huge list of restaurant and bar recommendations, sent wifi details and so on via WhatsApp. He was very helpful and approachable. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer as we didn't fly back until late afternoon. Communication with the host was always easy, super friendly and he responded quickly. We had a great stay in this apartment and will be back, hopefully for longer.

Ausschlaggebender Punkt für diese Wohnung waren die hervorragenden Bewertungen der vorherigen Mieter, die die Vermieter der Wohnung, Raul und Carmen als "Super Hosts" beschrieben haben und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Raul holte uns mit einem Auto, das er extra hierfür gemietet hatte, vom Flughafen ab und machte mit uns sogar eine Stadtrrundfahrt mit den Auto. Er gab uns eine sehr umfangreiche Einführung in die Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet war. Auf dem Tisch stand ein großer Obstkorb und sogar eine Schale mit Süßigkeiten. Auch der Kühlschrank war mit Cola, Wasser, sowie Butter und Marmeladen gefüllt. Teebeutel, Kaffeepads, sowie Gewürze waren ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Raul spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Wohnung ist etwa fünf Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station entfernt. Wir empfehlen Reisenden die sogenannte Barcelona Card, mit der man 72, 96, oder 120 Stunden alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Barcelona nutzen kann und ermäßigten, oder freien Eintritt in einige Museen hat. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Barcelona Urlaub sehr zufrieden und können diese tolle Wohnung, sowie Raul und Carmen nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Really nice place, well-equipped, clean and convenient. Supermarket, shops (incl bio/organic), lots of restaurants etc and public parking spaces are really close by. It takes a bit of walking to get to metro station or more central areas of town but it is still a great hub to discover the city from. Note that one of the 4 bedrooms is a small single bed chamber with no outside windows but for us as a family with 3 teenagers the apartment with 2 separate bathrooms worked really well overall. Nice to have a lift to the 3rd floor when arriving with luggage or grocery bags. Since we spent a full week there we also took 3 days to escape the busy city and relax on the beach. While a city beach like Bogatell is also nice we mostly enjoyed two day trips to the beach in Sitges (recommended by the landlord), a 35-minute drive well worth it. Check-in and Communication with Monica was super-friendly and fast and the restaurant recommendations etc also great (awesome veggie restaurants in the city , which we enjoyed). Happy to recommend this apartment.

A wonderful oasis of rest in a great location. Exceptional guidance by the host in all details with respect to the apartment and and also Barcelona/surroundings. Easy and fast communication, we were very well taken care of, accommodating also with ease our very late arrival. An outstanding host, kind and knowledgable and incredibly helpful, thanks for all!

Schönes, kleines und gut geschnittenes Apartment in Sarria, das perfekt für unsere Woche in Barcelona war! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sie ist persönlich & stilvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung von Küche, Bad, etc. ist sehr gut. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind herrlich. In der Umgebung findet man viele nette Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Oliver war unkompliziert und schnell. Alles wunderbar, wir kommen hoffentlich wieder.
