I had a perfect stay in this apartment this year, together with my wife and two daughters. The apartment lies in a secure neighbourhood, some ten minutes away from Stephans Dom and Schloß Schonbrunn, respectively. The vicinity offers quick access to the the public transport system (subway included), grocery stores, banks, restaurants, pharmacy. All the descriptive and information details, offered by the owner on the apartment and its surroundings, are perfectly realistic, and match 100%. The apartment is located in a very quiet building, first floor, with two access securing systems (building's main entrance and from the inner yard). It has a reasonably large terrace, perfect for having your coffee/tea and a smoke (if the case), was recently renovated and offers a complete variety of facilities, which make your stay easy and comfortable. Finally, I'd like to note the owner's friendliness, and the maintenance man's effectiveness. To sum up, we strongly recommend this apartment and will be here again in the future.
