Akrotiri: Ferienunterkünfte mit direktem Pistenzugang

The Admiral's House deserves its name! It is lovely decorated with maritime elements and you have two perfect lookouts on all the ships entering the Caldera. One is sheltered and one on the rooftop with the jacuzzi. Even a pair of binoculars was provided. The whole place is carefully maintained and if you are a ship's cook you will find everything to prepare great meals for your crew. If you are fond of history, the excavations of Akrotiri are only an easy few minutes drive away. So are the village of Megalochori and the lighthouse - your navigator will be happy, too! But what about a house without talking about the hosts? It was an extraordinary pleasure to meet Christina and Dave! Great guys who are doing a great work. They know their island perfectly and shared their knowledge willlingly. So we had a great time. All the best wishes to our hosts!

Das Haus von Maria liegt perfekt gelegen, um den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern und als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Durch die Exponierte Lage kann es aber unangenehm windig sein. Das Haus und die Aussenanlage ist wunderbar gepflegt und Maria vorsorgt ihre Gäste täglich mit allem, was man zum Frühstück braucht und gibt einen Einblick in die traditionelle griechische Küche. Sie ist auch extrem Hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Die enge Wendeltreppe im Haus ist nicht für jedermann geeignet.
