Negative 1. The comments book is not a binder book any negative comments can be taken out unnoticed 2. Severe mold in the bathroom > 40% of bathroom tiled walls effected by mold 3. Kitchen > kitchen wall which connected to a derelict building next door, had severe mold around refrigerator and occasional mold spots across the whole wall. 4. Washing machine was unhygienic > grey rubber seal was black with mold 5. Internet > no internet for the whole week, this has been an ongoing issue as this was mentioned in 2015 in the comments book and still it has not been rectified to a standard where work or research for daily activity can be conducted. 6. Dirty furniture > furniture was dirty through previous tenants pets, foot prints on single chair and hairs > which only leads to the presumption that the person leaving is the only person who cleans and that no cleaner is present to prove cleanliness prior to new tenant entry. 7. Master bed & mattress has passed its sell by date Positive 1. Very rural and pleasant location for peace and quiet In general if the negatives were tackled it would have been a very pleasant stay.
