A truly wonderful house that comes with everything one could wish for. Two bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds, two bathrooms - even three toilets. A cupboard full of linen, towels and sheets. A perfect kitchen with Miele and Dyson machines including dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. The upper storey has a balcony, in front of the living room is a beautiful terrace with a view of Mitchell Park. Conveniently located to busstation (there is a an open private Garage, too) the best Pizza Restaurant in the world (privat opinion, of course) the lovely Book Cafe, the Boat Shed and just a short walk to Shopping Center and Restaurants in South Perth. Perfect for evening walks along the Swan River, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Karen and Phil are friendly, helpful and great hosts. Nothing to complain about.
